My family and I picked up dinner a couple nights ago. The lady who brought us our food out was absolutely rude. She did not have or show any customer service skills. I said hello to her when she walked up to our car, she did not respond. She had the most sour face. She asked if we would like ranch at first I said no then quickly said actually I’ll take a couple ranch’s, which she then rolled her eyes at me. I really wish I hadn’t added a tip to my payment ahead of time because she absolutely did not deserve it. Also, I’m not sure if the vendor was changed for their beef patty’s but the burger was not good, which was disappointing because I love sonic burger’s. It reminded me of the weird burger patty’s they served to us at school. I’m not sure if this is a reoccurring issue, but if it is I will drive a little further for better service. I will continue to come here just in case it was an off day; but my husband says he’s had the same issues with rude people working at that sonic.

I work down the street from here and come to here quite often. It’s usually pretty good and fresh but today it sucked. I had to return my food to them because my burger looked like it was left out for a long time. I gave a 3 star because they don’t usually do this and maybe management can resolve the issue with training.

We have visited this location often. However, in the last year, it’s been going down hill and we will drive to any other one. We decided to try it again today and it was awful. Our burger patties were cold, my sandwich had cheese when I asked for none as a lactose intolerant person. Neither burger had ketchup. My sons corn dog was even on the cooler side. Avoid this location unless you need a drink. That’s about all that has been good and correct lately.

I went to the Skiatook Sonic and ordered 2 jumbo hamburgers. I didn’t check to see if order was right . Live at the lake about 20 minutes away of course it was wrong and on top of it all couldn’t even eat it They were smothered and mustard onions and Pickles hardly any meat no cheese it really sucked through it all in the trash never going back.

I placed my app order for two 44oz drinks at 7:51pm and left this location at 8:33pm. I was told there was one carhop taking out orders out in which they were received, while the drive-through is open as well. The location near my home wasn’t taking app orders at all today and seemed adequately staffed during my early visit today. This was my 3rd visit today & my very last one. (two at this one) It seems Sonic cares far more about profits than it’s employees and customers and therefore I’ve decided to remove the app from my IPhone and to never return to any location….QT will now replace where I get my drinks at. They should’ve played smart and closed this location due to being short staffed but, keeping me wait over 35 minutes was their best option…..never again Sonic. Asked for a single patty bacon cheeseburger and was told that it had to be a double or a regular cheeseburger with all the vegetables and add bacon. I couldn’t have it just mayo lettuce tomato. I tried again to request it the way I wanted and was met with an attitude telling me no. Then I asked for just a regular cheeseburger no bacon since I was gonna be charged extra. Well I was charged for the bacon and then got my food and it had no bacon on it. On top of it the same girl who took my order brought my food to me and had an irritated look in her eyes. I got no hello or normal greeting but instead received a “here” as she half way lobbed my food to me and stomped away. I received a phone call from the store manager to let me know the reason why she had an attitude and wouldn’t grant my order was because she was new. Rather than take accountability for the actions of the employee I was handed excuse after excuse. In the end I denied her offer to replace my order due to the lack of accountability and unwillingness to correct the employees behavior. I felt that if I were to show up and receive a replacement order that the food could possibly be tampered with as there seems to be an unwillingness to be professional in that environment.
