Service was fast, that is all that was good. Chicken was over cooked, biscuits were like hockey pucks. They were out of mac n cheese and mashed potatoes!! This isn’t the first time this has happened either. The cashier was nice and even felt bad about the biscuits and gave us free cookies for it. It was only 6 pm on a monday. It’s a nice place but they always over cook the chicken and always are out of something. I think this might be the last time I go there. At least during peak hours.

Service was fast, unfortunately it was because they gave me super old fries. The chicken didn’t seem fresh either. Would rather wait a few minutes than get old gross food. Biscuit was good, but didn’t get any butter for it.

Where to start? Firstly when I arrived, the establishment was open but the lobby doors were locked. I returned to my vehicle and entered the drive through line. I selected the 8 Piece Family meal which was advertised @ $19 and some change. After ordering I was told the amount due would be $27 and some change. When I got to the window I asked how the meal went from $19 to $27. The employee stated “THEY” I’m assuming KFC Corporate, need to change that sign. WOW so now an 8 piece meal w/2 sides and 4 Biscuits is almost $30? Upon arriving home the nightmare began. The only thing that was partially right was the mashed potatoes and gravy. I had asked for all dark meat as well, DID NOT GET THAT FOR SURE. ALL of the chicken was WELL overcooked, as well as the biscuits which were like hockey pucks and crumbled like toast when you bit into them. Out of an 8 piece we got 2 legs, 2 breast, two thighs and if you can call them tiny little overcooked things wings, two of those (See attached picture). I have always been a big supporter of KFC but NO MORE. I feel disappointed, embarrassed, Cheated and angered that I had to present this horrible meal to my family and mother in law as Dinner. I hope someone from Corporate gets this establishment squared away. Too many other options for chicken within a couple hundred feet of this location. Thanks for the good times and delicious food back in the day KFC but we just are not there any more. Good luck and take care. Good bye old friend

The food is good and the service is fair. They tend to screw up orders a lot. For instance, my son ordered and paid for 2 pot pies and they only put one in his bag. He ordered other food for 3 other people so he didn’t notice it until he got home. Another time, my wife ordered 3 piece tenders with fries and got a loaded bowl. This is just people not paying attention to what they’re doing or they just don’t care.

Got there at 11 am and the chicken was so dry! Not juicy at all. It was also so small, like micro legs, thighs & wings. Also a 8 pc meal was $32.00!!!

I don’t know why I keep giving the Enterprise, Al location a chance. Once, said they were closing and it was only 6pm. Next, couldn’t order a family bucket because they didn’t have enough chicken and were not cooking more. Today, go through drive through, order, and pay. I was asked to pull into a parking spot to wait for food to be fresh. Awesome! Wait 10 minutes for the guy to walk to my car and say they don’t have what I ordered because it’s frozen and they’re not cooking it. Just shut this place down already. Won’t be back. Lesson learned

We came for lunch; dine in. The clerk asked were we dining in or taking out. We stated clearly that we were dining in. We ordered two two-piece dinners. My husband specifically asked for white meat. Our food came to our table with the food in a bag inside two take out boxes. ??? I guess the kitchen didn’t understand that she said “dine in” when putting our order through, plus she didn’t correct that herself. Apparently they don’t care about the little things here. The husband did not get white meat, he got a thigh and a wing. A wing is considered white meat so I guess they decided that satisfies the order. The chicken was okay however, he asked for the crispy kind of chicken and he got original. He decided to eat it so we could go instead of waiting for a correction since they claim they cook your order when placed. The coleslaw is too tangy and watery. During our meal the manager was working the drive-thru and giving orders to the cook and order filler in the kitchen in a very loud manner. The order filler was a woman who kept giving him backtalk every time he requested something be done. He told her she had orders backed up and she said ” I’m talking to somebody!”. So I guess she’s there to talk on her phone or to talk when she should be working? Then, he starts arguing with her about that and she argues back and they both were loud and it was very disconcerting trying to eat your meal in an environment like that. Corporate office needs to be aware that this location needs to teach people how to do customer service properly and how to make their experience in that store a good one. She should have done her job without an attitude and he should have taken her to the back to speak to her about that; not air it all in the public environment. No one wants to hear junk like that going on when they’re trying to eat! So we quickly finished our meals and left. We will not be back.

1st. time visiting this location while visiting Enterprise AL. My wife and I stopped by for lunch. We both ordered a #1, two piece combo. Sign on the door said food is cooked to order. So I knew I would need to be patient. No problem as long as food is hot and fresh right? While waiting, the crew does some very loud arguing behind the counter. Finally our food was brought out to our tables bagged and ready to go. Only thing is we ordered in. Once again, no problem. We just unbagged it and opened our boxes. My wife had ordered original. I ordered crispy. Looking at the dried up pieces of chicken, we couldn’t tell them apart. I ordered a breast and leg but got a wing and thigh. I was going to take it back up to the counter, but the crews arguing was getting extremely loud and they didn’t care who heard them. It was sounding like a fight was about to break out. I’m pretty sure I WILL NOT be back to this location. The food must have been under the warmer for some time to get that dried up and brown. No I do not recommend this place to anyone to eat at. “You never get a second chance to make a first impression.”
