Unfortunately I didn’t get a picture for this takeout meal, but I’ll share pictures from the meal that was delivered from this same location one wk ago (same bowl: white rice, double chicken, veggies, tomatoes, and chili sauce). The same indivdual must have made both orders because my double chicken looked less than a spoonful. I pointed this out and there was no reaction, which was disappointing. Food was flavorful otherwise. Maybe the third time will be better?!

Absolutely terrible. All of the tables are filthy. We had to find the least dirty one to clean ourselves. Staff are dismissive and unhelpful. Absolutely worst experience ever. I lost my appetite before I could take a bite. The visit ended with a bull dog walking around the facility without a service vest. I will never come here again.

This is my favorite one to go to one of the cleaner Chipotle restaurants. I now see that they have a guy in front selling his own merchandise. I guess if you feel it, support him too. The food there is always great and flavorful staff is friendly always.

This happened at 11:40 am and I would like to highlight 3 things from my visit. When I got into there it was empty and only two people were in front of me. But once it was my turn I was rushed and pushed through the line only due to a few people lining up behind me. If your staff feels unable to deal with less than 6 people in a line and maintain composure, then the staff is not well trained. Second, my bowl was underserved compared to the previews clients before me. I understand there is a standard to serving these bowls, which is why I didn’t complain. But I was asked if there was anything else I would need after some lettuce is barely sprinkled over my bowl. I then asked for more. The worst part of this visit was the fact that they were out of sour cream and green sauce. What chipotle is out of sour cream at 1140 am.

Slower and more expensive than any other DC Chipotle I’ve visited. My chicken was burned, my tortilla had a hole in it, and they were out of water cups and told me I’d just have to buy a fountain drink if I wanted water.

Cashier was very rude to my brother and I , constantly rolled her eyes at us and gave us attitude, we didn’t get any napkins or plastic wear. Later on went home to find plastic in my food.

This has GOT to be the worst chipotle. You are taking a gamble by stopping by this location. They may have cups, but they won’t have lids. They may have chicken, but steak is a maybe. If you want chips to go with your guacamole, NOPE! All out. Who’s ordering the food? I understand supply and demand but we, the customers, DEMAND that you stay stocked in order to SUPPLY. PUH-LEASE!

I really like chipotle but unfortunately this wasn’t my best experience. I did a pickup order so that I could get a quesadilla, and it took them nearly 20 minutes longer than was estimated to finish my order. They were also completely out of two of their drink options.
