I keep coming back because when it’s a take out night my daughter only wants a large side of noodles. I usually skip Panda, but I was craving it the last two trips. I asked for a large chow mein (for my daughter) and we ordered two plates. They gave us a large orange chicken. So we ended up giving her ours. The food is really not that pricey, but I’m tired of paying $8 for 6 full bites of chicken and a load of noodles. This is an everytime occurrence. I’ve called about it once or twice before, when I opened our food and we had what I know was not even half a serving. But it’s always “we give portioned scoops”. This store fills you up with rice, and though I’m not entirely sure, I’m guessing it’s so they can pro-long having to make fresh batches of noodles and meat. Everytime we’ve come here if there’s a female drive through employee, they’re extremely rude. I’m not there for conversation or to make friends, so I don’t necessarily care if you’re “nice” to me, but you can hand people their food without saying “here” and closing the window before we can say thankyou. Drive-thru is usually quick, and the food is usually hot.

I usually time it just right when going to Panda Express. No wait and they take care of me quite quickly. Service is fast and organized and the food is usually freshly made when I’m ordering.

My experience sucked! I ordered the large plate of black Angus pepper steak. Take a look at the picture, not an ounce of peppers but extra mushrooms.

I absolutely love this location. The food is always fresh when I go in. A few things are a little frustrating. How they only have 1 person on the line. This person prepares your food and rings you out. Before there was someone on sides, entrees and cashier. Another thing is the horrible plumbing smell in the bathroom. This has been a thing for years, when will panda fix this ongoing problem. I shouldn’t feel nauseous in the bathroom before or after eating.

First time coming here. Great customer service. But I was disgusted. I found a piece of hair in my food (not my hair color, mine is pink) and my spouse had a piece of shrimp. In his sweet fire chicken. Thank God he isn’t allergic.

I go every Saturday..I love panda.. I order on the app and I always request utensils, extra napkins and teriyaki sauce and they never seem to read or get it right. 3rd time in a row now with no napkins and no teriyaki. That’s ridiculous..

I picked up an order as a doordasher and was helped by Thomas. He was very polite and respectful. Unfortunately I ended up getting locked out of my car so I went back inside the restaurant to wait for help. After sitting there for a little Thomas approached me and asked if I was okay. I told him the situation and he said he was sorry to hear that and offered me a drink while I waited. That definitely helped calm me down. On my way out he waved and wished me a good rest of my day. Thomas made my experience great!

When we got there the door was locked they let us in and said that the lobby was closed because they were short staffed. We told then we were in a semi and couldn’t go through the drive thru. A nice gentleman said that they would help us. My husband wanted egg rolls but they ones they had out looked burnt. We asked if they would make us new ones.. Vanessa decided she wanted to be rude and was snarky when telling us it would take 8 mins for new ones. We patiently waited for new ones and yet again they burned them too. Definitely not a great experience.

I do not eat here, but I am constantly picking up for my husband and my daughter. I do not think one single person at this restaurant enjoys working there. You can say thank you, and they do not reply back at all. Half the time they just chuck your food at you and shut the window. I have even tried the method of “kill them with kindness,” and everyone there just seems like they got news that their puppy died. I almost wonder if part of the requirements of working there is to be bland and completely unhappy. I have never had a great service there. I went through one time and got a really nasty Coke that was not right. I went directly back through the drive-through to get it replaced, and they wouldn’t do it because the gal did not give me a receipt. I still had the hot food in my passenger seat.
