Lack of training and leadership lead to poor products. On Sunday 20 September 2020. I ordered three pizzas online as we have for the past 13 years ( that is the very disappointing thing). I put instructions to ring the doorbell and leave order. I was working in my garage and have a bell out there. About the time I was supposed to get our order my dog kept barking, not thinking of it I continued to work. Thinking my food was late I went to check and there it was, Luke warm pizza!

I placed an order. I called 40 minutes into waiting after it said the wait time would be 40 minutes. I just asked if it was on the way the lady says yeah he is. I call again 20 minutes later no sign of the pizza driver. At that point I knew the pizza would be cold. I live a mile and a half away from the location as well. I told her I wanted a refund she goes well he is on his way and I said I dont think he is. And she hung up on me. I called back and asked when they would put the money in my account she said 3-5 days so we will see if I get my money back.

I order from there and had never had a problem with them until now. I tried to order paying with cash on a delivery order. They told me it would be 64 to 74 mins. which was fine. I signed up for text alerts also. They ended up coming in 20 mins. which was awesome but I was in my kitchen and missed them. I never received a text alert from them and as I was expecting an hr. or so I missed them. I had called them right away to have them bring it back and they said no it was canceled out. She told me I would have to reorder online again. I said ok. Then I went and placed the order and after I did she calls me and says they couldn’t do it with cash had to be a card after 8pm. Mind you the first time I placed the order it was 8:58 pm. Not even when I called and she told me to reorder did she say to use a card. This is the worst experience I’ve had with you guys.

We ordered a shaq attack pizza and breadsticks. Also got bacon cheese sticks. The breadsticks were very good. The pizza crust was very dry and chewy, I think it got too well done.

The absolute worst experience I have delt with. We called and ordered 1 pizza and 1 order of breadsticks. We were asked cash or card. We chose cash. Was told it would be 35-45 min and an hour after later we called and was told our order was declined due to cash payment. Manager said delivery is another 35-45 min. It’s 10pm. We ordered again and paid with card. Another hour goes by and we call to check on our food. The manager told us the food left 5 min ago and would be here in 10-15 it’s now 12 and they charged me and the food was never delivered and they are now closed!!! Charged my card but never delivered my food. I will never order with Papa Johns again!

Second time in a row, I was charged for sauces (like I ordered) and I never received them. After calling the first time, they said they’d send someone to bring them to me. They never showed up with it. Called them again this time, they said they could just give me a free one next time. Yeah right. They also tried to blame the missing sauces on the doordash driver, because the worker had “checked it themselves” however the seals on the boxes were never broken
