Pretty decent, not the best food I’ve had at a Chinese restaurant but decent if you’re looking for a quick bite. We ordered the chicken wings and fries and 3 egg rolls . For some reason all the egg rolls tasted burnt . I have no idea why maybe something like the veggies cooked for too long but definitely a burnt flavor after taste. The chicken wings and fries were good no complaints there . The scenery around the area is nice . You can sit outside across the street at a little amphitheater style area with nice wall art .

Fried scallops are my favorite from Lucky Fortune’s menu. Tonight, my husband ordered food from Lucky Fortune and brought home fried scallops and I have to say these were the BEST I’ve ever had from Lucky Fortune. The scallops were huge and had a very crunchy breading. Lucky Fortune, please keep making this version of your scallops…DELICIOUS!

Where do I begin? If I could rate this place a zero, I would. The prices are inconsistent. My coworker ordered the same thing on the same day and he was charged more money one time. They have $15 minimum in order to use a card payment. The women running the restaurant is extremely rude, disrespectful, and racist. She’s rude to black customers.Today I went there to order and I was dreading it because it’s always an unpleasant experience. I should’ve known better, the only reason I went is because The New Great Wall is closed on Mondays. Which is another Chinese take out which is walking distance from them. They provide better customer service and the food is better. I was ordering some food and I didn’t understand the question the owner asked me and I had her repeat herself. She got so frustrated, she slammed her fist on the makeshift counter they made due to Covid. I was shocked at how comfortable she was displaying her anger towards me. I cancelled my order and I knew I would never return, it was the last straw. On top of everything the food is trash from past experience. They don’t deserve to be in business with the quality of customer service and food they provide. They definitely lost me as customer. They need to understand there’s too much competition for them with their lack luster food and disrespectful personnel, good luck and good riddance.

My food arrived with the sauce cup half full when I called to address it they sent the delivery driver back with my order. He was very rude and nasty, he got very combative with me and said next time he would not come back because it did not have to be full. This was for large shrimp egg foo young at that! I see you guys responded about the sauce but said nothing about that RUDE delivery driver!

Food is absolutely amazing, however one of the employees attending to the front has abysmal customer service. There is a young man who’s customer service is on point. The other employee is an older woman who tends to be rather rude most of the time. She has yelled many times while I’ve picked up my order, once over hesitation in choosing sauces despite the fact that she will give you the wrong sauces 90% of the time no matter how clearly you denote what you would like. Food makes it worth coming, you just have to deal with the lady in the front always yelling, being impatient, and not giving you the sauces you asked for every time.

The service here is terrible the lady in the front always has an attitude. I stopped coming here after multiple occasions of her rude attitude and slamming my money and food through the door l because she was upset I didn’t understand her accent and asked her to repeat. I recently ordered again out of convenience and nothing has changed. As far as the food, it is decent not the best I have had no complaints.but the service is the main issue here. I am not the only one in south orange who complains and claims they do not come here after receiving bad customer service. That lady needs to be fired or you will end up losing all your business.

The customer service here is TERRIBLE.which is usually means they have must have great Chinese food that’s why they are still in Buisness…But that isn’t the case. The older lady who takes orders is rude. And the underaged kids who work there have become just as rude as her. I do not recommend. (New Great Wall) up the street has better prices and service.

I will never understand why people choose to cater to black folks when they obviously do not like or respect black folks. There are so many other places you can go. There is one woman in particular who is regularly rude and always defers to Chinese when people have questions or concerns. I asked what vegetables come with the shrimp lo mein. Someone else, a much nicer woman, had to come and explain that shrimp lo mein only comes with carrots and celery. The other woman said “carrots are a staple”, walked away and commenced to go off in chinese which is not her first time being unnecessarily rude. I usually give an establishment multiple chances to be rude before I write a bad review. But this woman is regularly disrespectful. I don’t recommend this particular Chinese restaurant.
