I would’ve given 5 stars, but I waited 20 minutes for 2-piece white chicken snack pack. They didn’t tell me when chicken was ready and then were handing it all out the drive-thru. Then they got confused and were waiting on white non-spicy chicken to serve me. Terrible!

Who ever owns this store needs to close it. Go in employee standing around like they wait on the #9 bus. Ordered wait 6 minutes for cashier to tell me we out of white meat. So the manager or key holder then took her sweet time giving me my money back. No I’m sorry, I apologize no nothing and didn’t pick the money on my hand. The worst part is something weird happens each time I try to give them a second chance. All I can say is God Bless them!!!

Upon arriving at the location there was only one car in front of me. It took me 7 min of waiting before i could place my order. I purchased some chicken tenders. After placing my ordering I pulled up behind the person in front of me. There was no one in front of them. I sat in line for 14 min before getting to the window to get my order. I waited another 4 minutes to get my tenders. Someone needs to do better time management.

I asked for mild tenders and got spicy ones. Manager said they are always that way and I don’t need to eat at Popeyes anymore. The manager was telling the clerk that they most likely used the wrong dredge. Went to another Popeyes 25 miles down the road and the best staff and my tenders were not spicy!!!

Order online got there to pick it up 20 minutes before they closed and was told I would have to pick up my order tomorrow. I had already paid for the order. I requested my money back. I was told that I would have to go online to request a refund. That was back at the end of April and still no refund. Was told April 29 I would be receiving a refund in 3-5 business days. It the end of may and still nothing. Worst customer service ever.a very unhappy customer Richie Webb guess what I’ve been to this store 3 times now. I’ve only gotten to eat once out of the 3 times. Now this makes the 2 ND time I order and paid for my food online before or at 9:00pm. Go to get my food . I arrived at 9:20 sat at drive thru speaker for atleast 5 minutes no one said anything. So I pull around to the window. I can see a girl doing paperwork or something like that. I sat there another 5 minutes she just ignores me. I honk the horn. She never looked up. a car pulls up and an employee runs to the door then another car with another employee and they both went into the store. Well the female employee that just came in, comes to the window and said they was close then I told her I had already ordered and paid for it online. She said we are closed you Will have to get your money back online. I told her they was supposed to stay till 10:00. She told me they was short handed, but they had just pulled up to work. I don’t understand why you would be short handed. Looks like they came back to clock out to me. Well let me try and get my money refunded it wasn’t very easy to do. Y’all SUCK I’ll never eat at a Popeyes again.

Took almost 5 minutes before someone came over there speaker box and asked for my order and right when I started girl said hold on one moment I need to change the batteries in my head set waited another 5 minutes and no one came back on so drove to the window and all the people in there were talking and acted like they were in a hang out not a job and were talking about another customer and if they saw her again they would spit in her food then someone walked to the window and told the young man hey close that window as I was sitting there. Waited about another 2 minutes they opened the window took my order and messed that up instead of giving a large mashed potatoes they gave me 3 small coleslaw. Never going back to the one again next time I’ll just drive to the next town over.

So instead of putting a sign on the door when they run out of chicken, because first off you’re a chicken place so someone’s not doing their job if y’all don’t have enough chicken for a shift (and every time I come here they’re out of chicken so it’s not just this time), the lady decided to raise her voice at my mother because she can’t hear well and the employee didn’t want to speak clearly enough. Coming from someone who’s been in management, if there’s a chance of them speaking that way to a customer, they shouldn’t have a headset on. When you run out of something, you put a sign up so employees can’t just say they’re out of something so they don’t have to take your order. Accept the possibility that sometimes you might have to help people out a little bit more than the last person, because that is literally what they get paid for. They no longer get minimum wage so stop acting like it. I come to this Popeyes every month and I’ve NEVER actually eaten here.
