Last time here. Carryout Order and it’s clear they forgot to add the green chili before putting the pizza in the oven. It also has a chunk taken out of it.. Previous time they completely forgot the additional toppings we paid extra for and it was burnt.

We ordered there from last night. I guess they use another delivery service to deliver their food. The person took a picture of front of our house to make it look like they dropped it off and we never got our food. They stole it. Had to call Papa John’s let them know what happened they did not really seem to care. They refunded our money but they made it really seem like it wasn’t their problem that this happened. I get to use an outside source to deliver their food but maybe they should rethink that so people don’t steal peoples orders and never receive their food. very disappointed. I’m never ordering from them again you have lost a customer.

5 employees standing around inside and can’t get help from any one of them. On top of that, one of them was using fowl language in earshot of the lobby. They also had pizza screens that had fallen out of the oven into the floor that they couldn’t be bothered to pick up and clean. I will never order here.

This is the worst place ever. They were so short staffed and overwhelmed nobody knew their head from their…will ya know…they were rude, charged us twice…took them 1hr and 37 mins they told us,when we just went to pick it up our order,it had been sitting there for over an hour and that they were just waiting on a delivery driver. We understand being over worked and under paid,but the rudeness and unprofessionalism is in excusable! When we asked for a manager they said there wasn’t one and they would not give us the name of one or the name of the owner for that matter! We will NOT be returning!!!!

Had a delivery pizza when I opened it, it had all the topping dumped in the middle, it was a supreme onions raw in chunks, called to complain sent out a new pizza the manager was very apologetic. Still pizza was just ok.

small and burnt. I ordered a large and got a personal. When I called the store they said their gluten free only comes in a small but when you go through the menus it let’s you choose a large. I called and asked for large and all they could do is send the same thing instead of fixing my order and the website They also burnt it. I knew I should of waited and got Dions Pizza. I won’t be ordering again from them. They also say no contact and I asked for the pizza to be left at the door, They still rang the door bell and stood there handing my pizza to me a 2 feet away. SMH

The employees that work here are very rude and not professional at all. I come in to pick up my order and the person that was helping me grabs the money in the tip jar like I’m going to take it how weird. And The pizza is so awful. Last time I will ever come to this location. I hope they close this location.

We ordered online last night and had it delivered. When we started to eat it, the pizza tasted a little off. We then realized that the crust at the bottom of the pizza was way under cooked and doughy. It was so bad that we had to rebake it.
