The first time I ate here around 3 years ago, we raved about the food. Now, not so much.

We drove over an hour to go eat the all you can eat crab legs. Our first time there. Did not go at all for the casino just wanted the all you can eat crab legs we heard about. After getting there and paying $155 for two people without drinks. And after being seated, we were then told that it’s not at all you can eat. Even though their Internet page still shows the buffet for $50 and with crab legs and lobster it’s $70. The waitress told us that we were not the first ones disappointed about it, but that they had had several very upset customers this past week. If they know people are getting upset then they need to take that off of their website and quit advertising it that way. Unfortunately for us we didn’t read the reviews until after we left, but I see now that this is a regular problem. that they apparently won’t correct. I will never go there again. The manager then proceeded to explain that they cannot afford to do the all you can eat because too many people were wasting too many. Then don’t advertise it as it is! Then they refunded the $155 back to my card and said it will take about 5 days to process the refund. She gave me no receipt for the refund and kept the receipt from the purchase. She said she had to keep them to process it and could not print me a copy now because she could only have done that when she entered it for processing. She should have done that. I did take a pic of the receipts she had in her hand. Never again!

Had dinner at this restaurant last night. Everything was simply wonderful. The lobster tails and steak were fresh and perfectly cooked. All side items I had were delicious. Asparagus was possibly the best I’ve ever had and I can’t stop thinking about that wonderful caprese salad. The staff were all welcoming, friendly and helpful. This was a lovely experience. We will definitely be back

I’ve had great experiences in the past here but since it has been opened it has gone downhill and I don’t think I’ll be eating there again. I understand food prices have gone higher because of the pandemic but going from $50 a person to $70 a person if you want crab legs or lobster tails and the crab legs or lobster tails no longer being all you can eat is just a complete rip-off because the size of the crab legs and the lobster tails are quite small, honestly if you want any seafood the best place to go locally is The fresh market in Whitehall and buy a crab boil from them depending on the type of crab and how many pounds depends on the price of course but the quality of crab that you get from The fresh market is really good and I would say worth it for a special occasion!! I don’t think I will be eating at quapaw kitchens anymore because of the price markup just makes it not worth it 🙁

The price is very high, sitting at $50 per person, however; I believe that it is worth the cost. They have some pretty fancy selections to choose from a rotating Gelato bar, to lobster tails. Once you leave you definitely feel satisfied if you step out of your comfort zone a bit and go for more exotic dishes. My wife and I even had the opportunity to try caviar for the 1st time in our lives. Go and give it a try, I do not believe you will leave disappointed.

Clean and friendly but not a huge selection compared to other casino buffets in the surrounding states. Especially when we payed $38 a person and the best thing I ate was the macaroni and cheese. Nothing special here. The people were friendly and everything was clean and shiny( probably because it’s brand new) but overall not really worth it for us. Plus my husband spends most of his time in the poker room (over 6 hours this particular day) and we didn’t get comped a penny for the buffet. We won’t be going back here to gamble or to eat.

Everything was great! From the nice lady that was our cashier, the young man that waited on us to the guys and gals behind the line. The atmosphere was very pleasant. Dining room was clean. Food was exceptional! Everything was at proper temperature the selection was amazing! Crab legs, prime rib and raspberry sorbet had my attention immediately. Price was fair for the quality of food. We will definitely be back.

The buffet was superb. Everything was fresh, and clean. These particular staff members , Kalasha and Demarcus, went above and beyond to be personable and professional, making our experience there one to be repeated! The buffet manager, Ariel, even jumps in and helps her staff when they’re swamped. No one complains, these people laugh and smile! Ariel definitely has a team that works well together and makes you want to come back! Thank you to the above mentioned employees for making our first time such an amazing experience! Well done!

I eat at this buffett very often. But, do not understand their price increases. Especially, since they are not offering all you can eat buffet (seafood) anymore. A couple of things I suggest they do is change the prices on the regular buffett, crablegs, and lobster. To begin with, the regular buffett is not worth $40 + tax and no one should be forced to pay an extra $30 for crablegs, lobster tails when all they want is only 2 crab clusters or 1 lobster tail to go with their meal. To fix the problem I suggest that they go back to customers paying $30 for regular buffet and give an option of paying $9.99 or $10.99 per 2 crab clusters or 1 lobster tail. Plus, a lot of times customers that pay the extra $30 for the crablegs end up giving their extra tickets away. So why not come up with a stategy to keep your customers happy and your staff members employed with a job. In addition, the kitchen needs to be consistent when they cook the crablegs. When we first started coming here to eat the crablegs were well seasoned, but now they are tasteless and bland. Please, have the chefs measure there ingredients to make sure it taste the same everytime. I hope they come up with a new plan soon because the buffett is what draws the patrons to the casino. But, I will say that I gave the buffett 3 stars due to the waiters, waitresses, bartenders, and hostesses on the register doing their job, and being very friendly.
