This store holds true to their commercial for providing extremely fast service. They have an express parking spot directly in the front of the store and I promise you won’t be there no longer than 4 minutes. The staff here is mostly young adults but they are polite and respectful. There’s limited seating throughout the building but the best seats available are at the front of the store by the huge window. I recommend getting the #11 add oregano and oil and vinegar and don’t forget the CHOCOLATE COOKIES!

Jimmy John’s doesn’t get enough respect when it comes to a sub shop. This location is always clean. They greet everyone and quick to price orders. The subs are great and I enjoy Jimmy John’s better than other shops names after underground trains.

Worst service from any JJ’s I’ve been to. They closed at 9pm and I got in at 7:45pm and the chairs were all upside down already. When asked if I could eat inside, they said “you can eat outside, sorry”. Yeah, I was not going to eat outside as they clearly never clean those tables. I ordered to go and found that my order was all messed up by my server, Mikaela. I ordered a #15 and was given a #3 with extra cheese. Also, I asked for a cup of water and they charged me for a medium fountain drink which I never got. If I knew I was being charged for water, I would’ve at least demanded my cup, but I was already far.

My order was perfect on my screen. When I walk into the location I see 3 young guys joking with each other. I was not greeted but with barely a hi and until I said what I was there for they didn’t even ask if they could help me. I picked up my order I selected online and when I got home to bite into it, it was dry with nothing but meat cheese and veggies on it. I have never seen a sub made this terribly. I took pictures of the part I didn’t bite into. There was no oil & vinegar anywhere on this sub. I ordered the Vito Italian sub & my husband got the turkey sub. I order the Vito all the time from different locations due to traveling from different offices with my job. I have never had this bad of a sub ever from a Jimmy John’s. I am completely disappointed! My husband took two bites and trashed it. He also did not have any mayonnaise or mustard either. I called the store and the manager Shawn answered and was very unprofessional. I believe this young man needs better training on how to talk to an upset customer as well as not laughing during the call because you cannot speak correctly over the phone. I understand that there is a set amount of meat for certain sandwiches and cheese but the lettuce was barely there. I have always seen at a Hampton location, & Norfolk location, & even the new Suffolk location has way more lettuce!!!

This isn’t my first time here… it’s my second. My friend had bought me the Spicy East Coast Italian and made it himself (he works there) and I instantly fell in love with the sandwich. But this time I dropped in because I was craving a sandwich I just didn’t know what I wanted. I decided to try their Chicken Ceasar Wrap and it was mind-blowing! It’s loaded with ranch-seasoned chicken and fresh veggies and the mini croutons they put in them give them an extra crunch. They literally took the salad version (which I don’t eat) and turned it into a premium wrap! Don’t let the name fool you.. there are so many flavors going on in every bite that you won’t believe it until you try it and this isn’t some typical run of the mill wrap that skimps on flavor and quality! It’s actually worth the money! Next time I come here I’m going to try the Thai Chicken Wrap and see if it lives up to the hype. I just can’t believe I waited so long to try Jimmy John’s (I didn’t know they existed to be honest) because they outshine Subway a hundred times over!!!
