Worst food quality, even worse and rude staff and worsen Manager .. I am very surprised this Taco Bell is allowed to operate. At least in front of me when my wife went to ask them nicely why Mexican Pizza looks different than what we usually eat? The young girl started with rude response and then said i am not making it again. We didn’t even asked them to make it again. We have been eating Mexican Pizza at Taco Bell for more than 10 years and we saw its different so as a customer went and asked a question. When I saw my wife came a little shocked with the behavior of that rude girl, I went to manager and it was heights .. she didn’t even seem interested in hearing what we had to say and just responded sir it’s over, move on .. Sure I moved on and filing an official complaint to Taco Bell corporate office with food punctures and this incident .. Luckily I saw another customer who also ended up arguing with them and the whole staff came on to him .. So thanks for being the worst and making sure that my family will never visit again.. Such an insensitive, rude and zero customer focused staff .. have never seen in 10 years of my visits to many Taco Bells ..Attaching some strangely made and uncut Pizza for which we had to go back to them and remind that usually you guys are supposed to cut it ..

Do not go here. They don’t know how to talk to their customers. Uses bad language, makes the worst food, we had almost no cheese in our burrito, actually countable pieces. It was not even melted. When I showed him he told me “i wanted free stuff.” I asked his name and wanted to speak with a manager and he said, “I am the manager.” He didn’t provided me the name. He cursed me too. I was about to call a cops but i had 2 toddlers with me so I just left.

I came to the drive through at 11:17 am and I was treated so rudely. The person on the other end yelled at me while I placed my order and was intentionally cutting me off and being short. I ordered three items and when I went up to the window the employees denied me a receipt and would not provide me with a name or a phone number to reach out to someone in regards to the poor service I just received. They slammed the door shut so I left. In no way should anyone be treated this way. It was unprofessional and uncalled for. I hate to be a “Karen” but no one deserves this kind of treatment. I completely understand customer service isn’t the easiest but we are all

Don’t order out of the app from this location at night. We spent $56, we ordered around 9:30pm. We got two text at different times from two different delivery people that they were closed. Two hours later we get a text saying our food is on the way. Never received it. Called the store the next day talked to a manager. He (Tim) said he would look into it. Never heard back. I called on and off for two weeks. They didn’t answer the phone or would but they would hang up immediately. All we wanted was a refund or even our food. We don’t order delivery from any Taco Bell restaurants anymore.

Unbelievable. I started to order in the drive through and the guy didn’t see to hear me well so I spoke louder so he can hear. He immediately came back saying I was rude and ask me to get out of the line. I told him I was simply repeat my order louder so he can hear, but he threaten to call the cop on me. I asked him why is he doing this? I asked to speak to the manager and he said he is the manager. But then a lady came online again asked me to leave. Just unbelievable. I am a regular customer there and I fully understand their stresses at work but this is no way to treat customers. I hope Taco Bell corporate see this and take action to fix this.

The manager who was working on may 28 at 8pm was AMAZING. Nothing bad to say about the other people working either. There was a crazy lady who the cops had to be called on and I could tell the manager was stressed but he kept everything calm and in control. Everyone got hot fresh food and I tried to defend the manager as best I could as a fellow fast food employee but he totally had everything under control. Super nice people.

This Taco Bell is the definition of incompetence. They can’t even heat the quesadillas, and they come uncut.

Pull up a few minutes before closing. Ordered a regular 3 soft taco combo. In the bag, I get a beefy 5 burrito, crunch wrap supreme, and a supreme soft taco. They close after handing over the food and refuse to come back to the window to fix the order. Get home to find out all three items are cold and have sour cream in them so I can’t eat any of it. Feels like they had started closing early and didn’t want to cook new food and just piled a bunch of stuff lying around into a bag to get rid of me.
