For a while we were so excited for tb to return to nt….was great the opening week and has gone downhill ever since until hitting the absolute last trap door of rock bottom customer service and food quality tonight. Sloppily prepared. Cold. Mysterious objects in place of the ingredients that were expected. Worst Birthdsy I’ve ever had besides when pizza hut left.

I had a encounter Saturday January 7th at 11:30pm the staff were not trying to take any orders. Then incredibly rude and disrespectful about making these door dash orders. Didn’t seal the bags for the customers. Please fire them they are giving this location a bad reputation.

Came here on a Wednesday at 7pm and was told the dining room was closed we had to use the drive through. Ordered our food and drove to the bottle shop across the street to eat it. Less than 5 minutes after getting the food and everything was cold and soggy. Hard shell tacos were mushy. Some barely had any meat in them. Zero tacos had tomatoes even though we ordered the supreme versions. Doritos Locos tacos didn’t have the sleeve on them. Awful dinner. Do not recommend, especially after reading the other reviews and seeing this is not a one time problem.

I was very excited for Taco Bell to come back to the area but these guys have just been so frustrating to work with. Their hours say they’re open till Midnight but they always seal off their lobby doors by 8 pm whenever I get out of work early and try to swing by. Their self-service kiosks ask for a name & a number if you can get inside to order, but nobody bothers to say your name, they just drop a bag on the counter and forget about it. Never had an order done wrong but half of my visits to Taco Bell I see the doors locked and I walk away. Not sure if a coverage issue or customer service issue, but this location does not have it together. If you like to walk to places, don’t come here. They won’t be open to you. Not even the Door dash drivers that sit in the parked lanes with mobile orders have something nice to say about this place. It’s a real shame :^(

Ordered via the app for inside pickup. Arrived at the store to the doors locked and nobody seemingly inside despite 2 cars parked in the lot and the lights on. No answers to the phone or at the drive-thru. 2nd time this has happened at this location. It took 3 months to get a refund last time because the store refused to process the refund back in Februrary and said it is a corporate problem, so I’ll just be charging back this time.

Should get less than a star and I am not a picky customer and never complain this location needs to be shut down I expect more from Taco Bell and the current owner should foreclose their business. I am a minimum wage worker myself, they are always extremely rude and unprofessional when you come in to customers. Cashiers do not take orders and orders can only be made online or through their iPad. Do not attempt a “large order” here. Do not expect to receive all of your items because you will not. And not because they don’t have it but because they’re intentionally ripping you off or making menu items incorrectly/ do not care which is a red flag for a food place for me. I can tell some of this is the doing of management and whoever the boss is because I work in the same environment this is definitely a bad location do not order from here. For the past 6 years that I’ve lived here, nothing but bad. I do not reccomend and will no longer go here or order online.. on the rare occassions I do. Now I can only get mighty taco it looks like near me I do love Taco Bell when I travel I usually go to Taco Bell they have vegetarian options and good tasting food but at this location no you won’t receive your food they’ll take your money. I’m actually a tipper and never rude too I just feel as though this location needs to be shut down and with a new owner put up a sign that says “new owner” too when you do it. And new workers, keep the ones doing at least some work not their fault it’s really whoever owns this business. Very bad. Poor training, always empty because everyone in Amherst knows about how bad this location is and it’s strange because surrounding businesses aren’t like them.

Ordered through the app, no problems there. The food was barely warm, a taco was missing, and the quesadilla barely had anything in it. You’d think for a new location it wouldn’t be so lacking. First and last time going to this location.
