After multiple trips here I’m confident this is the worst dunkin in this area. Not only do they constantly mess up the order and are out of common items, they also make you feel like a bother to them. Yesterday I got two pieces of plastic in my drink, that was the last straw…. the employees simply do not care.

Just got a bacon wakeup wrap. It was sitting in oil and there was burnt pieces all over it. Service was also so slow. I was the only car. Judging by the reviews, this seems common here. Sad.

Absolutely zero for customer service. Employees will ignore you while they chat loudly amongst themselves and roll their eyes and talk badly about you on their radio. When confronted about the poor behavior they mutter under their breath. If something needs to be remade- they give an attitude. Food/drink handling is sub par. Hot food items are always burnt. I would rather inconvenience myself than go here.

This place has been a hit or miss since they opened. Sometimes its okay and sometimes its not. Customer service does need some improvement. Filling drinks a little more than 3/4 of the cup should be standard like other locations i have been to. Its a convenient location as it is right off route 295 so it gets plenty of customers. I think with some small improvements itll get better but thats up to the company and individuals working.

Service is horrible. Employees are more interested in their cell phones than attending customers. Also, when given feedback about this, they just say “Ok, have a nice day” rather than really doing anything about it.

Cookie is so sweet, she is very nice and always have a smile on her face. I really think she needs to be trained for a manager role. I’m so grateful for cookies she on point with drinks tommy is very helpful and India is also so sweet and very helpful. Maryann is so nice and is understanding

Had an issue with kiosk taking the order. First no option for creamer when ordering. Was told by a fellow customer that you have to pick “modify” order. No confirmation of payment from kiosk so asked someone behind the counter and was told they never got the order. And no offer to help figure it out. Another customer asked if anyone was working the counter. Was told no only orders on kiosks. It’s a shame there was no customer service even though there were five people working behind the counter.

Rainy Days
Charged me 9 dollars for an avocado toast through the drive thru on a non busy morning on my way to work. Got to work opened the bag and it was a small glazed donut. No toast in sight. How do you mess that up? I tried calling the store but was hung up on multiple times

Had to update my review for this Dunkin from 4 stars to 1 star. Used the kiosk inside today to order 1 cold brew nitro coffee and 3 food items and waited inside for about 25 minutes, I sat down at one point, if I hadn’t said anything I don’t think they ever would have announced that my order was complete. They also ran out of pumpkin flavor for there coffees.
