Order a toasted white hot chocolate. First time I got a regular hot chocolate. Brought it back and said you gave me a regular hot chocolate. Made a comment I can’t have caffeine because of health issues. She gives me the new drink. Wait for it to cool and take a sip. It’s a mocha with caffeine, not a white hot chocolate. It was 6:30pm. I’m not trying to drink a mocha. Went back and thankfully there was another girl there who finally got it right. If I see the first girl working again I won’t be ordering from here. If someone tells you they can’t have caffeine you better make sure you don’t give them caffeine.

I love this Starbucks! My order is always perfect no matter what I get. Always greeted with a smile, employee’s are super nice at this location. Looking behind the counter it’s always clean. I’m a regular and a few of the employees know what I’m getting when I walk through the door before I even order. Definitely my favorite Starbucks. All around 5*****

Went in for a coffee today. Keep in mind that I was the only customer at this location around 3pm. I ordered a Grande White Mocha Hot w/ NO whip cream. I get the coffee and about to start shopping. Take 2 sips and realize there is whip cream in it. I can’t drink it as whip cream is too sweet for me. So I say there’s whip cream in here can you please fix this as I ordered one without it. Still no customers, the barista, Ansley, grabs my cup and proceeds to scrape off the whip, I respond that it’s too sweet and would preferably like a new one since one it’s what I ordered and 2 it’s what Starbucks does if they don’t get a drink order right. So she dumps it out with an attitude and slams the milk pitcher down and walks away. They girl who originally took my order comes to make it. And I tell her that girl had to big of an attitude to fixing a mistake for a customer. No customer service.

Do not waste your time they are clueless. I ordered my coffee 3 people behind me got theirs. Said something to the girl in case my order got lost and she was very rude telling me she will get to it when she gets to it.. The 2 young girls could use some training in customer service. Also I watched another girl have to pour her own milk into her cup.

I went to this location today with my teenage son. While waiting for our drinks to be made, I decided to walk a few feet away from the counter to look at flowers. My son had just gotten out of the hospital, and I wanted to get a flower for the nurse as a thank you. My son stayed at the counter to wait for our drinks. As soon as I stepped away, the girls started talking about me immediately. My teenage son overheard them and politely said that I was right there looking at flowers and would be right back. She gave my son a terrible look and said nothing. They had a terrible attitude and I don’t understand why they are in the service industry. Very disappointing.

This one can be hit or miss depending on who’s working and the time of day. Im usually there right at opening. Most of the time, things are good. But certain staff take forever. Coffee and food are always good regardless. It’s the service that’s spotty.
