Just got the worst service doing drive through, how can that be possible? It seems like the same “women” employee with long nails and nasty attitude is in every Dunkin in this town, everyone one of the is the same, they are so miserable and they try to make everyone feel the same. It’s a bit funny. I guess that’s on me that I keep going to this places knowing I’ll just get terrible burned Coffee, a dry old doughnut and service from a miserable ratchet little woman that thinks that by giving attitude doing customer services she is intimidating while just looking like a joke.

How refreshing it is to be greeted by a very pleasant, very patient , very sweet lady who took my order in the drive-thru today around 10am. She made my day brighter and lighter after a really taxing graveyard shift. I wish I knew her name. I’m very grateful for people like her who makes life tolerable. This dunkin donut has a gem. She is the gem!

1/9/19 Well let me tell you there’s a big difference now here, they have a new manager in here now that is putting hes foot down. You can see the difference already. The parking lot looks clean, the coffee doesn’t come cold every time, like it used to. Keep up the go work I’m sure your peers see the hard work you doing in this store.

So….I ordered via door dash…called the store to advise they NEVER packed my coffee and the “store manager” said I need to get my refund with door dash…THEY NEVER packed my coffee..the bag came sealed…it was not tolhe door dashers fault. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. This establishment STOLE 12.99 for a bag of coffee. No resolution, no accountability, nothing. To have a manager not take accountability, and trusting that an order made online will come in tact, as ordered. Glad to see that they have people working there that will steal from their customers. ***Online orderes, BE WARNED, they have people here who will steal part of your order, and not offer a refund.***

Hi I’m a customer there all the time and they mess up my order all the time I pay extra for the sourdough breakfast sandwich with sausage and roasted tomatoes and I get the regular one with bacon this has happened to me a few times and I can’t go back and return it like it is very fustrating I would like this to be fixed asap

I actually like this dunkin so it’s sad to make a bad review but I had sent my fiance to get me food and they didn’t put the cream cheese with my order and when I sent him back to get it they charged me for it. I know that it was asked for so I don’t understand why I’m getting charged for another cream cheese because they forgot the first one. I’m not too happy about it and that’s not really great customer service. I Work in customer service I think that’s absurd.
