Absolutely the worst caseys I’ve ever had pizza from. I’ve never opened a taco pizza box before and not had taco sauce already in there. Don’t even taste good. And can’t get anybody to answer the phone to fix the problem

We love Casey’s pizza, but this location is terrible. There have been times in the past when we have had a decent experience, but it’s anyone’s guess if they’ll be open during business hours, if they’ll answer the phone, or if they’ll take your order only for you to drive there and be told that they have run out of ingredients- the last one has happened to us twice now. I understand that staffing issues are an issue at a lot of places, and if there’s no one to work, what can you do. The real problem is the awful service when they ARE open. Unless there is a change in management and/or employees, I don’t see this location lasting much longer and that’s disappointing because we were really excited when it first opened. Based on other reviews, it seems our experience is not unique. Hopefully things can be turned around!

Ordered two pizzas last night and it was just terrible. I have had other pizzas at different Casey’s and this one was a big let down. Missing ingredient on my supreme pizza, like no green bell pepper. Didn’t state on the menu order that it was an out of stock ingredient either. The Hawaiian pizza was missing Canadian bacon which at the time of order, didn’t label as out of stock, but only after I had placed my order then I noticed on my order that it says Canadian bacon was out. Not only that, but the pizza had so much the pizza practically flopped and the toppings fell off.

Casey’s is famous for breakfast pizzas and this location has reported that they don’t have ingredients for breakfast pizza the last several times I called. If you don’t have eggs, go get some. Very poor representation of Casey’s. Pretty sure they even sell eggs at the store as well. Top notch customer service!

As a truck driver it’s disheartening to walk into a place advertising serving food but only has pork options and there’s a 15 minute wait for my “special request” which shouldn’t be special seeing that we’re in Minnesota where alot of truckers are somali and non pork eaters

Shocked at how awful the service is here. Two weekends in a row me and my mom wanted taco pizza and were excited to find a store near us. Tried ordering online and over the phone to no avail. So today we decided to go out there and just order it and wait in person. Just for the store to be completely closed! The caseys in des moines iowa has always ben one of our favorite stops when visiting family there. But being home in minnesota and having one that is completely terrible is heartbreaking. Reading past reviews shows this isnt a new thing either. Super disappointed. Never going back there again.

By far the worst Casey’s gas station I have ever visited. I am sad to leave this review but hope the owners or district manager see it. I’m from the south and love Casey’s and while I’ve tried countless times this one is extremely disappointing. The shelves are never stocked, the deli takes forever to get help and attendants just act like they don’t see you. The last few times I’ve stopped in there are boxes on the floor from the last stock but you can tell by the bare shelf that wasn’t recent. I am hopeful this store can turn it around as it has so much potential with the location and size.

I showed up on a Sunday evening to pick up a pizza that I had ordered online earlier that afternoon, to a handmade sign saying they closed early due to a shortage of staff. They had over six hours to let me know, and now our planned dinner is not happening. No common courtesy to call or email, plus I wasted my time and gas driving to the store to pick up my order. A frustrating experience.
