I have been going here on and off for years because they are closer to my work. I didn’t have any problems until today , the staff was so rude to me ( even though it’s not the first time) . I accidentally took the wrong order, so I came back with apologizing, yet she yelled at me in front of all of customers there. One other time, I ordered an iced macha latte , she ended it up gave me a hot one , but when I told her that she gave me a wrong one , she yelled at me just like it’s my fault.

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too ordered a drink with 3 shots of Expresso and it came out white I know it didn’t have 3 shots because of the flavor . Honestly you can save you money go to Starbucks and their 1 shot is stronger than Dunkin’ Donuts supposedly 3 shots that weren’t there . I’ll make sure to never come back and tell everyone I know how Dunkin scams there customers out of money

RUDE AND NASTY sums it up….As someone else stated. Horrible customer service, and NO MENU screen no prices. Zero assistance with what they have on menu, no apology for having NO MENU or prices listed. Just visit another DD, this one is awful. The guy working acts as if your bothering him. How do I even know if I paid for what I actually received. Which was horrible. Bread was not even toasted. Just a waste of $$

Why do these foreigners have to have such nasty attitudes? I mean, seriously. We “the customers” pay your bills and salaries. If we say good morning or thank you…don’t look at us like you have never heard it before. Way it back and you will find that it makes us WANT to come back. They lie about giving extra shots of Expresso but they charge you. I drink coffee from multiple locations and this one is the worst you can tell other locations do they don’t add extra Expresso and if they do it’s def watered down because 3 shots should not be a light drink

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Order was placed incorrectly when I brought it to the service agents attention I was told to bad you already paid for it. Customer service 101 would be very helpful for this staff. Also ways to talk to customers. Smashed up sandwiches are unacceptable!

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I go to, and I wish it were not the closest. I tried to go to any other Dunkin’ Donuts, because everyone is rude, they don’t know anything about the app specials and make you feel dumb when you ask a question and they rush you along. Avoid this Dunkin’ Donuts at all costs.
