The food was old and cold the lettuce was brown. The chicken on the chicken wrap was so dried out and looked like they cut the chicken sandwich patty in 4 slices and put the smallest piece on the wrap with a rotten tomato slice and wilty lettuce with no sauce.

I ordered on the mobile app for pickup at the drive through. When I got to the window, I was told that starting this month, all mobile orders were to come inside, and not the drive through. This despite me ordering through the drive through earlier this month.

Not good, got a bbq bacon and cheese whopper jr with no mayo. It had no cheese,no bacon and mayo. After returning my food 3 times and they Still couldn’t get it right just asked for my money back, I’m patient and understand things happen as I was a head cook and manager for a local bar and grill for 10 years but when your not busy an you mess the order up 3x in a row I’m good.

First off I am NOT complaining. We were asked to wait a few minutes in the drive thru, no biggie b/c I was still figuring out what I wanted. They compensated us for our wait and then an error was made on the order and they went ABOVE and BEYOND to fix it. I have NEVER had such great customer service. Thank you very much

Waited half an hour total for an order I did on their mobile app before we got there. First, we had to ask them twice to not put ice in our drinks. They fixed that but then handed us straws with wet paper wrappers. Waited a long time at the window before they came and apologized, they didn’t have any chicken ready and it would be another 6 minutes. They had us pull around front. At that point we would have just left if we hadn’t already paid. It was another 10-15 minutes, not 6, before they brought our food out. The fries were so old they were completely inedible, like I’ve never seen fries this old in my life. The buns on the hamburgers were burned, the hamburgers were sloppily put together, and the meat on everything was overcooked. They included a bunch of cookies in our bag as an apology but after all the hassle, they should have offered a refund. This location has consistently been absolutely terrible. Takes forever to get food and at least half the time the order isn’t correct.

Absolutely 100% the worst customer service experience I’ve ever received anywhere! I’m referring specifically to the drive-thru window attendant. I was spoken to very rudely and I was told to go somewhere else. This person needs to be fired immediately! I’m never coming back to this location until service improves and your staff gets a major attitude adjustment! If this is a reflection of all Burger Kings then I will be reluctant to visit any other location anytime soon. I’m referring a specifically to the location in Twin Falls Idaho on Cheney Drive next to Walmart.

Let’s see. They were out if Impossible Burgers. We were literally the only ones in there and 2 burgers took 15 minutes. Urinal was broken and flooding and faucet was inoperable in the bathroom. This place could use some attention.
