I was in the drive through. Ordered 2 sandwiches. One of my sandwiches was made wrong. It was a simple mistake that I would have gladly went back to have fixed. I called up to JJ to speak to the shift supervisor and she was so rude to me. Immediately put the blame on me and became defensive although I was not angry. Told me “I made the sandwiches and I know I made them right”! The person in the drive through repeated our orders. So I know I ordered what I needed.

Order was canceled due to driver being late, no communication given. Did not answer the phone when called several times. Employees were rude about me showing up to ask where my delivery was. Would not recommend ordering from this restaurant.

I ordered through Uber eats, and the store called me saying that they don’t go through Uber eats to deliver but they use their own drivers and they didn’t have any drivers on hand , not sure if y’all noticed but there is a work shortage right now. So I thanked the gentleman for letting me know, he was very kind, and I made a sandwich at home. Takes two seconds to be understanding of a not so great situation. And if all else fails go pick your sandwich up at the shop because I can guarantee the shop is a mile away 🙂

Sloooow. I ordered online an hour before I intended to pickup. At pickup time my order was still not ready. After being assured it was just a few minutes (already waited 5), I waited more than 20 minutes. While waiting, new drive through customers we’re driving up and receiving their meals. New people came in and ordered at the counter and received their meals too. Makes no sense. Employees apologized when I finally got my food and were friendly, but someone needs to figure out order timing and priorities.

Ordered through the app, was sent a delivery notification 5 minutes later. Waited 20 minutes, it never showed. Called the store and they sent the order out again. Appreciate it dudes!

No complaints, I order online and it’s always been ready on time. They don’t have any gluten free bread, but the lettuce wrap (the ‘unwich’) is still good. Seeing many complaints about them ignoring customizations, however so far they have done mine.

The sandwiches are made well but every time I visit this location they mess up something on my sandwich. They gave me a $10 credit but it is literally every single visit… I will just go somewhere else moving forward.

Been ordering here for years and they pretty much never look at customizations. Want your sandwich cut in half? Tough. Want to add items like extra onion or peppers? In your dreams. I haven’t complained before because a sandwich is still good either way, but it’s just getting old now, I’m gonna stick to Jersey Mike’s or Subway from now on.

I’d love to give this place a 4 or 5. I’ve never had issues with the employee. My customer service experience has ranged from average to great. My order is always made correctly and it’s an easy one to mess up since I have 6 extra things I ask for on the sandwich. The issue I have is the pick up option. I’m not sure if people have been stealing food off the pickup rack, but over the 1 year I have been ordering pick up they have only used the rack once. During that one time I ordered a soda with the order, which was left there as an empty cup. I had to go ask for someone to fill it up, which I’m not sure if it’s company policy but it defeats the purpose of selecting the kind of soda you want and if it’s busy you have to wait. The other times I have gone all the pick up orders were behind the checkout counter. You’d have to give your name and they’d bring it to you. That’s fine if you’re the only person there, but if it is even the slightest bit busy you’ll be waiting 5-10 minutes for someone to come to the counter. It’s even more frustrating because you can see your name on the bag across the counter, so you know it’s there, but you can’t grab it.
