When I went into the store initially I was disappointed nobody was there to wait on me. I saw two young girls working their tails off in the back trying to satisfy all the customers driving through and coming in. Then I noticed the electronic kiosks and use those. Got my food pretty quick.

I ordered ahead so I wouldn’t have to wait. The food should have been ready at 9: 30pm and I walked out with food at 9:53 p.m. then I have to go back inside I ordered a burrito without a creamy jalapeno sauce and had a 5-year-old crying about spicy food. And then once I get the replacement I go to open my food and the burrito supreme I had was missing sour cream… And maybe had two tomatoes. I’m super disappointed, The order ahead part of the app order placement is important. My time was wasted. My child had spicy food in his mouth that he didn’t want. And the thing that I think makes my burrito the best was missing. Kids working were polite and said sorry but didn’t actually quickly make my order or the replacement burrito.

they dont make the food horrible, but this is one of the slowest fast food joints youll ever do. i went to the drive through when i was the only customer in the restaurant trying to just get 3 soft tacos, they had me sit at the radio for a few minutes and had me sittin for 15 minutes for like a couple soft tacos nothing more. if you go when its crowded forget it, theyre not ready. either the management is understaffing them , or these girls are simply not ready for a busy rush. you could get served faster ordering a well done steak at a sit-down. none of the people working there have been witnessed cracking a smile they look at you like they disdain your business. somethings really wrong over here

I should have known to walk out when two drive thru customers came in complaining about the order. Then the manager was arguing with someone about what fresco style is. Then we waited for our food for nearly 30 minutes the person behind me got their food I went to ask and said I have waited 30 minutes. The girl goes well we are about to START it. I said I want a refund. She goes and tells the manager and says that means I don’t have to make it smiling. The manager goes well you have only been waiting 28 minutes. I said basically 30 can I get my refund. Then he proceeds to argue that he was correcting me and I have not been waiting 30 minutes. By the time I am done arguing with him about my wait time it has been over 30 minutes no food and he has been making a huge deal about my damn refund. Saying I have to wait 30 more minutes for him to call. If he spent less time arguing and more time on the line he maybe I wouldn’t need a refund

If I could give a -10 I would. Tables nasty! Had to clean those myself. Waited over 45 minutes and still no food. Everyone before us got there even though it wasnt what they ordered. Save yourself the hassle and do NOT attempt wasting your valuable time here!

Let’s start with the customer service at the drive through, Isiah was great. Second, the food SUCKS!! I ordered the Cheesy Gordita Box, mind that it’s 10 freaking dollars! The taco was literally in pieces, the “burrito supreme” was a 5 layer, and the cheese for the chips was solid. Wife’s quesadilla had the wrong sauce, wasn’t melted and wasn’t even cut properly. ALSO!!! The quesadilla wasn’t initially in the bag and we waited for it for about 3-5 min, ALSO ALSO THEY DIDNT HAVE THE DANG TACO FOR THE COMBO ORDERED. I know how a Taco Bell is supposed to run, worked there for 3 years in High School. If I could give negative stars, I would do that. I make it a point to leave specific reviews for those in hopes of them seeing them to avoid specific places at all costs. Although, I worked at Taco Bell. It is to be considered one of the “healthier” options for fast food. If I was starving and dying in a desert, I’d eat the sand. This place absolutely SUCKS!

Worst TacoBell I’ve ever been to. Waited over 20 minutes (only 2 other customers there) for 3 supreme tacos and a Quesadilla only for them to run out of quesadilla sauce and sourcream (paid extra for the supreme ingredients and didn’t get any). To top it off, it was the worst tasting TacoBell I’ve had so far.

I went through the drive thru. I ordered two fiesta potato breakfast burritos. I love those things. When I parked to eat my breakfast, I discovered there were no napkins in the bag. No napkins!!! What was I supposed to do, wipe my mouth with the back of my hand? Please include napkins in all drive through orders.

Was there this afternoon ordered my meal but waited over 20 min asked for a refund and was denied by the area manager she claimed there wasn’t a valid reason. I really didn’t want the food after seeing the condition the place was in, ended up requested law enforcement because they kept my money now its going to be a civil matter.
