Very clean. Very pretty in here. It offers lots of different seating. The booths have plenty of room for a larger person. Restroom was clean and with a large child changing station which is good. I love how the coleslaw is cut small.. They worked a number 15 into my special requests. My chicken breast was fat!!!! Nice a warm in here , it’s so cold outside. The cash register lady was the sweetest.

After seeing so many one stars reviews, I decided to give this place a chance. Now I see that one star is just too generous. I ordered a bucket of 12 piece, which came out to $28, which came out to being about $2/piece. As you can see from the pictures, the chicken was not only small and not worth it, but it was absolutely terrible. To add to the terrible taste, the service was horrendous as well. The staff was rude and lifeless. There are lots of better place to get fried chicken. Do not even bother with this place. Please learn from my mistake.

Not worth it. Always dirty when I go in and normally have to wait several mins to get someone to even acknowledge me. Employees need some re-training or better training. They don’t seem to care at all. Playing inappropriate music too loudly for a family restaurant. Based on the reviews though it seems like the owner/operator doesn’t care too much either.

Terrible service, every time. Came back thinking it was just an off-day last time, but no. Ordered online, said the order was ready 30 minutes ago. Arrive on site, and they haven’t even made the order and am waiting for over 15 minutes for the order to be made. Ordered extra crispy, and they said it’ll be a long wait before it’s done, ask if original is okay. This wouldn’t be that big of a deal except for the fact that the order was supposed to be ready 30 minutes ago and they haven’t even started. Interior of location is dirty, and the food quality is subpar. Wouldn’t recommend coming to this location until a change in leadership and employees is conducted, this is simply unacceptable service.

Ordered a #2 which is a 3 piece combo meal with drink plus a 5 piece sampler nuggets. I asked for no thighs. She asked if i wanted white only. I said no, just no thighs as in a leg, wing and breast would be fine. I repeated my order again and she told me to pull around. She didnt even ask what side i wanted or what drink. I told her the drink. The meal was 9.49 plus 3.49. She said my total cam up to over $15 which isn’t correct but i was like screw it. When i get my meal, I ended up with a 3piece with biscuit , a drink, and my nuggets. So i ended up paying more than what it should cost, didnt get a side, and ended up with 2 legs and a breast. Add insult to injury and there was only one person in drive thru ahead of me, and no one in the dining room. She takes his order, lets him pull up, eventually serves him and then he leaves before she even takes my order. She did the same to the person behind me. This place has a long history of poor service and unqualified employees. I usually go away for a year and decide to try it again only to be disappointed. Whoever owns this place should sell it to someone who gives a damn!

Ordered online and went to pick it up. Went through the drive-through and they told me I had to come in the store to pick it up. Nobody’s there except for four employees. I get my bag of stuff and I say hey isn’t it supposed to be a drink. The employee looks at me and says oh yeah, give him a cup so another employee gives me a cup. I check my order and one complete item is missing. So I go back up to them and say hey we’re missing one of our bowls. One employee looks at another, hey you need to make another one of these. Then I check one of the other orders and the chicken is incorrect. The employee tells the other person to go get the correct chicken and put it in another box. I go to fill up my drink while they were doing this and one of the employees dropped a very loud F bomb. I go get the entire order and proceed to leave. No one ever apologized. There were four employees and nobody else in the store and they got half the order wrong. Horrible customer, service, and employee training.

Went here an hour before closing. we were the only one in the drive through and we ordered the family 12 piece meal. they asked us to pull up to the side and our food will be out. we waited 10 minutes and decided to go back around. The young lady that took our order the first time was there and said she didn’t have any orders and requested our receipt for proof that she took our order the first time. We gave them the receipt and waited for the manager. He said he will make the order for us right away and bring it out to us. we went and parked at the front door again. He came out a little later with our food and began to walk away. he then turned around and said sorry, we don’t have any biscuits and continued to go back into the store. I got home 10 minutes later to find out that they didn’t even give us all the chicken. Some of the chicken were even little chicken wings, so I called and complained. they offered to give us 6 biscuits and 3 pieces of chicken. it became a big waste of time and they didn’t even care. would not recommend giving your business to this KFC

Absolutely terrible experience and will never be going to this location again. Would like some sort of comp or discount for this experience. First, everything I wanted and tried to order was 86’d (out), was treated rudely and employee looked annoyed. I’ve never gone somewhere and been denied everything as a choice. Wanted spicy chicken, didn’t have it, wanted Nashville hot, didn’t have it, didn’t have the sauce I wanted either. I get that places run out of stock but I have no idea how it was out so early in the day. Hopefully something can be done about this.

So pulled through drive thru around 9ish. Ordered a 6 PC strip meal.. n pot pie meal… Guy at window is collecting payments n handing out drinks n telling everyone including me to pull to front of store n food will be right out.. He comes out to another truck next to us n tells us we are out of pot pies do we want a bowl … We already paid for food.. so she said no I wanted a pot pie can I get refund .. so he says sure go back through drive thru n I will refund money .. so 15 minutes in at a fast food restaurant.. n I’m getting back into a drive thru line for another 15.. Wife is pist ,just got off. N wants a f–kin pot pie.. what a waste of time… And gas… I’ll never go back again…. thanks KFC.. for such a traumatic experience
