Don’t stop here. Worst place ever. Would not open new lettuce for my Salad, the lettuce in the bins was wilted and brown, I told him I was serve safe certified and clearly that is bad lettuce and I don’t want to get sick. After arguing with me about his food costs, he proceeded to give me the sandwiches for my kids for free. You won’t open new lettuce, but you will give away 3 sandwiches for free to a willing to pay customer! We waited 30 mins for one girl to make three sandwiches. When I asked about the lettuce, 3 others walked out of the back. I walked out in frustration after traveling for 7hrs. Unbelievable… Subway is my favorite and this place should be shut down. 13 dollars an hour starting wage. Ridiculous!

Definitely would not recommend eating here unless you want to wear food on your clothes. Just witnessed a girl tonight making a customers sub very sloppy and just slapping stuff together. A tomato fell off the sandwich and instead of throwing it away, she picks the tomato up and puts it back on the sandwich. Great customer service is hard to find anymore. If I was the customer, I would have made her make me a new sandwich.

We stopped here for lunch, while traveling around 9 hours. This Subway is inside a gas station, so I’m not entirely sure who is responsible for the common areas. That being said, the standing water on the floor in the common areas near the soda fountain plays no role in my rating. The gentleman who started making my sub (name tag identified him as the GM) was ok. He moved a little slower than I would have liked, but not obscenely so. He wasn’t super personable, but again, nothing awful. After he pulled my sub out of the toaster, he set it on the counter near the veggies, and there it sat. I would say it was at least three minutes before the female behind the counter wandered over and asked (I think) what I want. She mumbled horribly, and I was essentially guessing what she was saying. She asked my wife what she wanted on her sub, and the response was mayonnaise and mustard. My wife paused to give the woman an opportunity to get the sauces applied before continuing with the rest of the vegetables. The woman rudely said, “give me the vegetables”, which was repeated, a second time, since my wife couldn’t figure out what she was saying, due to the sentence not really making sense. My wife went ahead, and rattled off what she wanted, which was all applied correctly, up to the point of the onions. Whatever, decent memory, but no need to be nasty, especially since you couldn’t remember all of it anyway. Even with this nasty, can’t be bothered to deal with customers attitude, I was pleasant the entire time. I paid with a credit card, and she asked if I wanted a receipt. I responded, “yes please”. She literally held the receipt around shoulder level, and when I reached out my hand to grab it, she dropped it on the counter and walked away. After all that, I’ve had better subs at any other sub shop I’ve ever been to.

Cookies are so old, taste horribly, bread is old and hard, out of a lot of condiments, just not a good place to eat at at all. Not to mention, we waited 20 minutes to get food, while only 2 people were infront of us. Coming from someone working in the fast food industry, this is beyond disgusting. Get it together Subway.

Saw a sign off of the highway that said “Subway 24 hours” earlier today and decided to go eat there. Walked in and waited at the counter for about 5 minutes with no attention being paid to me and my family until someone finally came out of the back and said “we’re closed.” It was 6 I clock… And there was plenty of product displayed so I’m not sure about that.

Same subpar service I have come to expect from this industry. Slow, lazy, or rude, many have no business in a job serving the public.

The woman behind the Subway counter at 1pm 2/14 was pushing steel bins around as we waited patiently. It felt good to stand after our long car ride. She said I lied when I said I couldn’t hear her. ?? From then on it went downhill with an attitude and then she even pretended like she didn’t hear a requested ingredient …with a stare down, no less. It was surreal but I know Subway has standards and she simply was choosing not to represent. As we ate, there was a loud conversation (for me to hear) with another employee about the medical brace I was wearing. It was both a hurtful and negative experience. For sure. (Edit: As we left we realized the woman who made the loudest repeated remarks about my brace was actually the checkout person and maybe the store manager. How’s that for professionalism??? Wow.Just wow. Think twice before you go down this dark hole.) I barely ate my lunch because I was so uncomfortable.

Rude older woman behind the counter. Not going to argue about what I want on my sandwich. Asked for fresh lettuce, and she refused to get a fresh bag. She literally was scraping old, wilted lettuce from the bottom of a bowl. It turned my stomach! Told her she could keep it and left!
