Menu

Cheese and Olive Bar
Humboldt Fog, Pasteurized Goat, Cypress Grove, Arcata Ca, 3 Weeks Aging
One of the most unique american goat cheeses out there, humboldt fog is cypress grove’s signature cheese. Elegant and luscious, this three-week old cheese pays homage to classic french marbier by running a thin line of grey vegetable ash through its creamy, white center. As humboldt fog ages, its suitable tanginess grows more pronounced and a runny edge of thick and delicious ooze begins to develop under the rind and drift to the center of the cheese. Its similarity to humboldt county’s morning fog is unmistakable and lovely to behold. Suggested wine: light bodied whites: crisp & racy
$13.00
Mt Tam, Pasteurized Cow, Cowgirl Creamery, Pt. Reyes Station Ca, 3 Weeks Aging
A smooth, creamy, elegant, triple-cream made with tasty organic milk from the straus family dairy. Mt tam is firm, but yet buttery with a mellow, earthy flavor reminiscent of wine mushrooms. Suggested wine: full body whites: rich & lush and light bodied reds
$14.00
Gabietou, Raw Cow & Sheep, Fromagerie Pays D’aramits, Pyrenees France, 3 Months Aging
Gabietou covers your tongue with an undertone of tropical fruit that os underscored by a deep earthiness. Suggested wine: firm & full bodied reds
$12.00
Crater Lake Blue, Raw Cow, Rogue Creamery, Central Point Oregon, 4 Months Aging
The most robust of all the blue cheeses from rogue, crater lake blue combines blue mold strains from around the world with rogue creamery’s own molds. Covered with lustrous blue-green veins that mirror the intensity of crater lake, this silky cheese is rich and sweet with a deep buttery finish. Suggested wine: sweet dessert wines
$13.00

The iced coffee is fine; not that bitter, which is a plus! A lot of nice looking donuts, although I’ve only had their plain old fashioned — and both times, it tasted exactly like what you think it would! Not overly sweet.

The food is hit or miss but the doughnuts are good. The staff are friendly as well. Double check that your order is correct. I ordered a turkey club sandwich and got something…else (pictured). Unfortunately, it wasn’t tasty and it smelled even worse. I hate wasting food, but this had to go into the compost bin.

I have been here before renovations. So visit now was a very positive surprise. Not only it got fresh and cute inside but most importantly, the food is a HUGE stepup.

The best service on the block! The young lady working in the morning has always been bright and pleasant. It is a joy to stop in and get a Mocha on occasion.

Busy Thursday brunch time made our wait longer than expected. Food was fine, we found another option for our second morning.

Great comfort food restaurant. Fries are crisp, as are the wonderful tots. Burgers are delicious and can easily be split and fill up two people. Great breakfast food and fresh juice.
