Pizza was delivered with huge gaps of missing cheese, wrong order (put pineapple on a half cheese/half pepperoni) not to mention soggy bread that is folded up on arrival. For 26$ you would expect better. Attempted to contact management twice and the phone will just ring until it hangs up on you.

if I could rate the service a -10 I would most definitely. I get a text at 2:41 saying my order is on the way, the store is a mile maybe two away, by 3:06 I’m calling again asking for my pizza I called 10 times for the lady to once be rude then every other time I called to see if my food would be ready or if I needed to come and pick it up is all I was wanting to know. For her to forward and decline all 10 calls. Then the pizza gets here delivery guy was nice, but my order was still wrong a cool ranch dorito papadia has COOL RANCH seasoning on the outside of it. This was so terrible.

This is usually a good location. Food and service. I will say the guy was short-handed when I ordered but 2 more workers were there before I left. Missing cheese on the cheesesticks. Toppings were all crowded on a few slices and undercooked so they were falling off. I tried to call back up there but I kept being placed on hold or it didn’t get answered. I’m going to try to call again. This really wasn’t worth what I paid for it.

I called to get a delievery order and specifically told them that i was paying with $100 dollar bill so they could bring change. 20 minutes later they call me back and i was hoping they’ll be at my doorstep. But no, they called me back from the store telling me that i need to go get some change because the driver dont carry change for $100. I told them i dont have a car to go get so.e change, thats why im calling for delievery, and they said “is there a store near where you can walk to?” To get some change?

I spent 50 dollars in this deal, I called you guys last night and ordered the works I added Bacon to it and I got bread sticks and sauce two extra. I hung up after ordering called back and asked If I can have a handful of banana peppers I would pay for them If necessary, also the pepper that you sprinkle on the pizza, the guy on the phone said he would make sure it was added, they delivered the pizza and bread sticks total was38 dollars I gave him 50 so I tipped him12 bucks, what’s missing the bacon that was supposed to be added to the pizza and the handful of banana peppers and pepper you sprinkle on the pizza, so I call bk and the guy says the driver missed it and he will send him back to drop the peppers off, I waited and hour and a half and called back multiple times and you guys wouldn’t pick up the phone, going forward before I tip I will make sure everything is in my order, I waited for you guys to bring those items which made my pizza cold so yeah 50 bucks down the drain. 2 pm, I receive a text telling me my order is on it’s way. 2:26, it’s not here. My estimate said it would be here by 2:18 at the latest. So I call to find out why and Brian tells me the guy just left 10 minutes ago. No wonder my pizza is always late. The delivery driver was given delivery instructions to call upon arrival. He didn’t. He also tried to run off with my change. You don’t show up late, wake up my wife, rile my dogs up and get a tip. Y’all need to go back through training. I deliver pizza’s for a local chain and can’t figure out how this is so difficult for you.

They use a delivery service instead of paying their own employees to deliver. That causes problems and when your food doesn’t get delivered. It’s not possible to contact the driver. The only people available to speak with are not Papa John’s employees either so they don’t take responsibility for the mistake of the driver nor do they help reach a resolution. The manager of this location does not answer the phone and they don’t have voicemail. I want my $50 back but I’m sure I can kiss it goodbye.
