I bought 2 subs last night. The turkey bacon ranch and the hero. I ate 1 last night and I just at the 2nd this morning. I found what looks like a small piece of plastic in the sub. Maybe it broke off a utensil or something. Someone needs to check the utensils and equipment encase there’s more

Firehouse Subs – I will compare them to the other big sub chain, Subway. I believe the quality here is better than Subway. The rolls are definitely better. They have soup on their menu as well, which was very good. This shop had more tables and a better atmosphere than subway as well. The food, my husband had the meatball sub which was good and was parmed and then baked. I had the veggie which was okay. The ordering is a bit labored as you have to start at what they list and start deleting what you do not want into their computer system instead of just saying yes or no to the employee as they make it . This takes much too much time so Subways system is better. Even after it was delivered to our table an adjustment had to be made. And the soup took a bit to get there after that. Soto conclude, the food is better, ordering system not so good unless you get it ‘their way’. The restaurant itself has handicap accessible parking, entrance and restroom. It was clean and the staff was pleasant and welcomed you on entering and wished a good day upon leaving.

Today I go in at 3pm and I simply ordered wheat instead of white and turkey instead of ham, notice my surprise when my order is the exact opposite of what I asked for. I don’t even care to correct them, I don’t like to waste food or time just wanted to say it would be nice to fire people who can read.

not only did I wait a extra long time for my order, when I got home with it…it was less then appealing. the bottom half off the bun was sliced so thin it was so soggy it dissolved in your hand. half the sandwich had no lettuce or any other condiment. so you have lost a customer. can you say jimmy johns?

Food is usually good but one thing is very off putting…the workers prepping the food are constantly talking over your ingredients without a mask covering their mouths, which means spit is leaving their lips and landing on our food. I’ve visited other food establishments who have their staff wear a mouth mask while prepping food so there is no contamination in your order. Friendly staff of course but this is something that should be improved upon.

I wish I could give zero stars ordered an Italian sub with pickles and a cookie (costs extra) and got only the sub and no pickles or cookie. This is the third time this place has messed up my order. Never again after this .

Just spent $70 in there to all have dinner. Asked at 7:47 if they could make another sub before we leave, cause they were putting chairs on tables. And they guy answered absolutely not, no way. It’s Sunday. Umm you are still open for ten more minutes. Another guy walked in at the same time and they refused to make him a sub and he walked out. He was angry too. In addition to that it took forever for them to make our subs. And then the tuna sub had so much mayonnaise it was dripping off the bread. It was disgusting. A waste of money. We will never go back to this firehouse. Please hire people who care about having a job and aren’t so feeling rude!!!! Never again will we go to that one
