This place absolutely RUINS Proctorville. Going here was a HUGE mistake. I walked in there and I could here loud and unprofessional music blasting in the back. The workers weren’t even upfront to get my order???? I could hear them being loud and singing. This place absolutely reeks of smoke. I always see the workers outside smoking and on their phones. Finally when someome came to get my order, she was unbelievably rude and inconsiderate. She kept rushing me to finished my order. I watched her completely ruin my sandwich. They didn’t even have most of the stuff i wanted on it. The cucumbers i got were slimey and CLEAR. Cucumbers should NOT be clear. While she was making my order, I saw her lift one of the containers in the bar and i saw MOLD. I noticed flies everywhere i looked in the store. Disgusting. My cheese tasted old and was off colored. I asked a regular amount of cheese, but I was still charged for extra?? I was made to pay with card because they “didnt have enough change in the register”. As i was getting my drink, i saw black mold looking specs floating in my cup, it almost made me vomit. There was this old woman there who I think was the manager, absolutely disgusting. The stench of smoke radiating from her almost made me gag, not to mention that she was completely unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend ANYONE eat here unless you don’t care about your health!!!!

Ordered and paid online for 2 footling subs. Went to the drive thru and gave them my name. Handed me the bag and closed the window and I had to distract them and tell them it was the wrong order that we had ordered footlongs and received 6 inches. He said the order was correct but they didn’t have enough items to complete a footling. I’m a man of my word I will NEVER Go BACK!

This place is disgusting. Sandwiches was a nasty mess and not made like I asked. Coke should not taste like Dr. Pepper either. Only thing I ate was the bagged chips. Never eating there again. Yuck!!

Everything on each sub was completely on the other sub. Receipt was correct subs were not. I know mistakes are made but could not even call the restaurant to let them know phone kept going to fax line.

My husband and I visited here for the 1st and last time today. The girl made my protein bowl, no problem. Kayla skipped asking what she could fix for my husband and starting helping the girl behind him, so she could talk to her about her upcoming vacation. Pushed my bowl out of the way so she could finish the girls sandwich rang her up and she was out…all the while my husband hadn’t been waited on yet. I said wow pretty rude I thought it was 1st come first serve..I was totally ignored…won’t be back

I’m very upset and humiliated from the Proctorville store!! I placed an order a week ago and which they got totally wrong. And was promised the makeup. I then went into store and the Asst . Manager had told me they were out of steak and cheese sub at approximately half hour before they were supposed to close which was 9pm and also 2 men behind me that were wanting the same. That is very unprofessional and she had asked me if I would like to replace with anything else and that she would take care of the 2nd sub whenever I needed. I called back this evening and she said I was doing this twice a week. I am a working mother that has children and will NOT be humiliated because of a bad asst. manager. It is now taken care of thanks to another store. I will NEVER order from this store AGAIN.

Placed an order through the app today (7/10/20), and was asked what time we would be arriving or when we wanted our food to be ready. My husband was to pick it up on his way home from work, an hour after I placed the order. When he pulled up, he was told to come around to the window, where a girl handed hi the bag of sandwiches. They had already made them (possibly an hour earlier?). Why bother indicating a time, then? The sandwiches were barely warm, and were practically flat, they had been sitting so long. My husband asked which was which, so that he could remove one of the four from the bag to drop off to our friend. The girl said she had no way of knowing. Don’t most Subways mark sandwiches so customers know which is which? And lastly, the sandwich stuff was kind of paltry. There just wasn’t much *stuff* on any of the sandwiches. All in all, it was a disappointing experience. Shame, because I usually love Subway, but I won’t visit this location again.

I’ve been eating Subway for 20 years and this is was absolutely the most horrible experience I’ve ever had!! I’d rather eat a bologna sandwich at home today!! Didn’t have the bread that I want, the bread that I did pick was not fluffy and airy like it should be!! Entire staff was all high school kids!! They were okay but there’s no pride in it so it translated to the sub. Doubt I’ll be visiting this Subway for a while!!!!!!!
