This is the worst Custermer service I have ever had the front casher is very rude at around1152 to 1159 am this casher made me want walk out .do to her poor language and poor attitude why dose Carl’s Jr allow this type casher to work for them I ask the public to not show up around this time she husttle disrespectful and wouldn’t give me her name I’ve been a loyal Custermer since I was a child and I’ve never experienced such ugly behaver that s angry Mexican lady needs to have more customer experience I gave them a star that’s only cause I wanted to write this review .shame on her I’ll be telling all my friends and family not to come to new Chicago and Florida for service that’s for sure five stars down shame on you !!! Never really had bad service here. The staff have been friendly. Their highchair was really dirty the last time I went and when I asked the cashier if I could get it cleaned she cleaned it for me. This is supposed to be something that’s deep cleaned regularly at food establishments but at least the lady was friendly enough to do it for me and she had a good attitude.

Unfortunately they no longer have weekly specials or monthly promotions. However they still have there double deals which are not badly priced. There menu items are a bit on the pricey side ranging from $6.99 – $10.99 just for a burger. Add another two to four dollars if you want to make it a combo.

Ordered a Famous Star combo at the drive thru. I repeated twice that I wanted it with no Tomato and no onion. I got home and my daughter took a bite, spit it out and had to throw it right in the garbage because it had tomato and onion on it. Would have been much faster to just stay home and burn $10.50

Had bought a large combo with a burger and some sides had asked for freshly done…which they didn’t do , the burger was all saggy the fries warm not freshly done the chicken stars rock hard the jalapeño burger saggy…called in and spoke to Michelle and she said they would replace my entire meal…which I said cool, since it’s there mistake it’s only right to replace everything since the value of foo was nasty…. So I go in today and SUSANA WAS SO SUPER RUDE RAISING HER VOICE AT ME AFTER I TOLD HER THE MICHELLE SAID MY FOOD THE I ORDER WAS GOING TO REPLACE, SHE MADE IT SEEM LIKE IF I WAS LYING, EVERYTHING THE WAS ON MY RECEIPT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE REPLACE WHICH I THOUGH BECAUSE MICHELLE HAD TOLD ME SO, BUT APPARENTLY JUST THE BURGER AND THE CHICKEN STARS . My order was missing items, even after pulling around to the front to have it brought out to me, yet I understand mistakes happen. The reason for the bad review was because I called to notify them of this and not a care was given by the employee. Not an apology or an understanding to make sure it doesn’t happen with future customers.
