I found this in my chicken nugget. When I say in, I mean inside the actual nugget, I almost swolled it. The good news is that my granddaughter didn’t get the “prize nugget.” In her 4 piece kids meal, I would hate to think how she could have choked on this. I called the store, and the manager didn’t even ask for my name or contact information. I called the 1800 # on the recipient, and there was no call back. suggestions?

There service is getting worse day by day. I ordered a filet o fish meal, the coffee I ordered was old. They are very rude. If you wait on the counter no buddy gonna ask you anything. They are unprofessional unhelpful.

Horrible service even for Mcdonald standards. Wait 30 minutes to an hour in line well before closing. and then without saying anything they take the person in front of me and then cut off the line and just start ignoring people at the speakers. I finally ask hello? and they say “we’re not open anymore” with multiple cars in line behind me that were there before closing time. Thanks for the great communication

Customers were waiting for a long time. Workers didn’t care about them lining up. No one was willing to take their orders until a customer screamed for them to take their orden. You should hire more employees. Don’t let us wait in line for 20 minutes

Got my order wrong twice, Keira , the manager was on the phone all the time. While taking my order. When asked her to correct the order, she gave me an attitude , as I am right and you are wrong. She argued with me in front of other customers. She needs additional customer service TNG. BTW , I never get my order right on this MacDonalds, it is not the first time.

Honestly I’m not sure why so many negative reviews. McDonald’s is McDonald’s. I’ve been to this location multiple times and every single time, my food was on time and freshly prepared. The fries are always hot. I will say, the drive thru is very inconvenient because of the physical layout, it’s better to just park and pick up the food yourself rather than deal with the drive through.

Crazy unorganized service today. Went to get McDzzzz for granddaughter before school . I use the APP 99% of time,pre ordered, let them know I was there snd parked in the curbside ( generally less than 5 minutes )& drive thru packed so parked. 10 minutes later the 2 drinks & 2 breakfast sandwiches arrived. I told the very grumpy girl who said nothing. Wow didn’t think it be 10 minutes. No response from her. Got in my car and leave. We are 3 miles down the road and granddaughter says the sandwich is missing the steak. See pic. Where’s the pressed beef I just paid over 5$ for. If your going to be late why not at least get a accurate ORDER. I called multiple times NO ANSWER finally got the manager who quickly told me she could not take my call she was busy, REALLY…not 2 minutes.. No time for customer who admittedly spend way to much at MCDZZZ. Not even a receipt in bag to do a survey. To be fair I come here often, and mostly no problems but going to have to start checking burgers with them. I’ll just bypass this store who doesn’t care anyhow. These employees need to be retrained starting with the manager. Hey folks treat people the way you’d want to be treated. Sorry your having a bad day for whatever reason. But don’t take it out on customer when they call for refund for your mistakes.
