Such an adorable and DELICIOUS spot! We stopped in during our trip to Denver and were blown away by how amazing everything was. The soup was some of the best soup I’ve ever had, the ants climbing a tree(I think) was the perfect spice level and chew of the noodles, and the pork was so tender and delicious. Definitely wanted to come back here every day we were in town because it was so good!

The food at the ginger pig was so flavorful. The biggest surprise was the pomegranate limeade mocktail- so refreshing on a hot summer day- I got two! The cucumber salad was spicier than I expected but still wonderful flavor. The pork dumplings were my favorite. It was a little hot on the patio with the screens up, but once they were opened, it cooled off. Come check out this place for delicious Asian food!

This was my first time here and definitely not my last. Everything we tried was excellent, don’t hesitate, go there now! In addition to what’s in the pictures, we also tried the Bangkok balls, Karagge (Japanese fried chicken) with mentaiko mayo, and the Chinese smashed cucumbers (came with the BBQ pork).

Really cool dining experience in a laid back setting with exceptional staff. The decor adds so much to the atmosphere – the mural on the back wall is the standout piece. Food is also extraordinarily good! Recommend the Korean corndog and the Korean fried chicken. We also really enjoyed the hot tea, of which they have an impressive selection.

I had an awesome first experience here! Chris was super friendly and more than helpful with anything we needed. The pomegranate limeade was out of this world and I was happy with how much meat we got for the price! Everything had great flavor! We got the pork shoulder and Korean chicken and it was BOMB

Came in to town for concert from Utah. Friend reccommended Ginger Pig and so we went. Portions, flavors, and presentation were all on point. You can tell they really know what they are doing. Also the dumplings are worth the hype

Friendly environment, like going to a friends house for dinner. Lots of food and drink options. Lots of fun N/A drinks as well. Not a ton of seating so plan ahead for a little wait. The staff was great, very helpful and quick. Outdoor seating available as well

I wanted to like this place and the ambiance and staff were amazing but the food was a let down. The soft shell crab noodles were so salty it was almost inedible, the dumplings however were good. Hopefully this was just a one time occurrence so I will give them another shot in the future.

This has been one of the best meal experiences I’ve had in Denver, and I’ve eaten all over the city and been here many many times. The Ginger Pig truly has it all. Exceptional food accompanied by incredible service and a service team that is very welcoming and interactive make for a great evening. Craft cocktails, great beers and a fun ambiance add to the greatness. Everything we had was absolutely delicious. Andrew and the whole team took great care of us and had some great suggestions for us! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area looking for a reasonably priced and very flavor-forward meal.
