I should have looked at the reviews before going there. Good employees. Poor ownership/management. I was getting a footlong sub double meet with a few more veggies on one side then the other to split with my daughter. They wanted to charge me for 2 6 inch subs if I did that. It literally costs them more. I’ve been to subways across the USA and never been to one like this. Never go to is one!!!

I wanted to order a footlong turkey sub for my kids, with one half having turkey, lettuce, and mayo, and the other nothing but turkey. I was told they couldn’t do that or else I would have to pay for two separate six inch sandwiches. I would literally be getting less product on half the sandwich but they felt like I was just gaming the system. Unbelievable. I will absolutely never come back here. I can only imagine how they treat their employees knowing how they feel about their customers. Keep up with these policies and I will enjoy continuing to read these hilarious one-star reviews this location keeps earning.

They never carry the bread I want. Charged me with $10.00 for a foot long veggie. (35 – 40%) more than other subway’s. Do not take coupons. They should be reviewed for Price Gouging or Inflating for no reason.

I honestly don’t even want to give this place one star. I always ask for my sandwich to be fixed with two different types of cheese and I have always had no problems at any locations. However the sandwich artist today acted like she couldn’t mix the cheeses together to make them half and half and could only put each cheese on each six inch. I tried to explain to her the way the other stores fix it but she stated I don’t make the rules. I dismissed it and paid for the extra cheese which was no problem. Point is if I’m already paying for my food to be fixed a certain way and paying for extra then that’s what it should be. When I was done paying for the sandwich she then pushed it across the counter to me like she didn’t want to put the sandwich in my hand she didn’t even have to touch it at that point honestly. There shouldn’t have been a problem. Period. I will not be going back to this location needless to say.

Went and ordered a footlong they said they don’t accept coupons came home and when I ate the subway the meat and veggies tasted stale bread was very dry literally got sick the next day I would honestly tell you don’t go here also none of the attendants were wearing a mask during this Covid times how unprofessional!! They don’t even deserve a one star !also there were roaches around and the containers looked filthy!! All the bread looked stale!

On one trip this location would not allow me to get jalapenos on only half of my sandwich. On my most recent trip, they would not allow me to pay the price difference to upgrade my drink from a soda to a juice box because I was getting the $6 meal. The menu states that if you are making your meal a combo then you can upgrade your drink for the price difference between the two drinks. Apparently, this does not apply to the $6 meals. The biggest problem with this is that when I was checking out, I asked if I could upgrade my drink. The cashier said that it would cost more, but then just charged me for the full price of the juice box. It wasn’t until I asked what the price difference was that they explained that they dont do drink upgrades on the $6 meals.

I have never been into a subway like this. My daughter and I eat the same sandwich, so we ordered a foot long with cheese on one side only (I don’t like cheese), and mayo on one side only. I was told that the 2 halves aren’t exactly identical, they will be charging me for 2 six inch sandwiches instead of for one foot long. Now I understand that this isn’t a lot of money, but it makes me mad because the owner of this particular Subway is too damn greedy. This Subway is close to the Grapevine high school and I feel this “new” rule was designed to take advantage of high school kids who want to split a sandwich. As for my friends and I, I will not support a greedy business owner.

Walked in and the place was completely empty on a late Saturday afternoon. Ordered a foot long ham and then asked for veggies on 1 side (the other side just meat and cheese). The worker was very gruff and stated “I can’t do that.” I asked why and he said, “My manager has a rule that we can’t do veggies on only one side.” At this point, I noticed that the veggies on the line looked less than fresh. Lettuce was browning and the onions looked limp. I walked out. I will never be back to this location. Complete lack of customer service.

Don’t waste your money at this Subway! Went in to order several sandwiches & at checkout the “Sandwich Artist” proceeds to tell me they don’t take coupons… so instead of getting a great deal on my order I had to pay full price because the owner is so tight he squeaks when he walks! Came close to telling her the they could keep the sandwiches let the owner eat them!!!
