In the city of Chicago they can make any iced coffee into hot coffee for me with no problem. So when I came in and asked it for a salted caramel hot instead of telling me they don’t make it at the register so I can get something else, she proceeded to go ahead and make that iced coffee caramel even though I know that they can make it hot. She was sweet girl and that’s why I only gave her half a rating. Now I’m going to go to another one and get my salted caramel hot.

I just wanna say this was the best Iced coffee I have had in a really long time. So fresh and delicious. The workers that were in at time I ordered were beyond friendly and full of smiles and that was extremely nice as the dunkin by my house it is the opposite. Best Dunkin experience I have had in a really long time. Kudos to the ladies working today you truly deserve a raise, great customer service. I will definitely be back A LOT MORE.

I placed an order in the app, and then called to specify that they dark toast my bagel. I believe it was the manager that answered the phone. He confirmed that it will be toasted. I ended up dining in. The food and coffee tasted just perfect. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and washroom was clean as well. The space is big enough for a couch and/or lounge chairs – just a suggestion. Thank you for your service. I’ll be coming back.

Some of the most rude people that I’ve EVER encountered. I order 2 avocado toasts with bacon, 2 large butter pecan iced coffees, a sourdough breakfast sandwich, and a vanilla bean coolata. The girl at the window asked the owner if I ordered 2 avocado toasts and she said no, 1. I said I know what I ordered … they were insistent that I didn’t order what I ordered. I’m not arguing with people about what came out of my mouth … will never return! There are 2 other Dunkins in the area, I will not patronize a business who attempts to treat me disrespectfully.

Very bad dunkin they put my doughnuts in the bag frost side down so everything sticks to the sides, they aren’t friendly at all and they actually charge for a cup of water. Also coffee top wasn’t sealed so there’s coffee everywhere and all over the bags.

I was charged .50¢ for less ice they state for everything that’s an extra upcharge but not to have less ice. I went in to get a refund I’m at Dunkin every day 3x even and never have been charged .50¢ for less ice and then wasn’t even told I would be charged. Went in side and nobody know how to do a refund. Wow two people and nobody can fix a problem. But Tom is totally step up and should be promoted to manager. He gave me the .50¢ out his own pocket to rectify the problem. Because at that point I wanted a full refund or the .50¢ back. And Tom handled it very professionally.

Customer service is very rude, especially from a lady who works there that looks like the Notorious B.I.G (babyyyyy babyyyyy!!!)…..she obviously could care less if customers return. Advice to owner; screen who you employ better because who you got working for you is making you look bad.
