we placed a takeout order three hours before close and came to pick the order an hour and a half before close. we has confirmation that the order was ready and came to pick it up; however, we got there and the cashier said all the food ran out of the night and we have to call a number to get a refund. i don’t understand why kfc would confirm that the food was made and ready and take our money, let us waste time and gas to pick it up only to notify us at the restaurant that they can’t give us a refund on the spot and that there’s no food in the restaurant. this is insane and unprofessional. if they straight up didn’t have the food i’d appreciate any notification that they can’t complete the order so we’d have time to change dinner plans with some heads-up but no we didn’t even get that.

Manager Kiesha, did not do a great job overseeing employees on Wednesday evening. The workers were giving out the wrong food to customers and when the customers returned the wrong food orders back to the restaurant they would keep it and give it out to the right customers. The employees nor the manager seemed properly trained. Kiesha is not the right fit for that position. She was using fowl language and was very hostile toward one of the employees who kept giving out wrong food. Their was a big lack of communication between management, employees, and customers. Because she failed to be present and oversee the employees things were chaotic that evening.

I wasn’t expecting a lot for $5, but I was at least expecting a complete bowl. The Mac and cheese bowl looked very appealing so I ordered it. Just to recieve a small child’s portion of food. Very disappointing.

Ordered a number 11 a chicken sandwich and fries, and a wrap combo meal with mashed potatoes, I received everything but the potatoes, went back through to get them, came home tried to take a bite out of my sandwich only to realize I was given an inedible piece of fried batter, there is no chicken in the batter, I have ripped the entire “patty” apart to find any meat, there was NONE. So no I guess it’s time for bed, no dinner for me tonight, goodnight kfc

The chicken was old and crusty, looked like there was mold on it. The fries tasted like old oil and I physically spit it out they were so bad. Everything was cold and the biscuit was so hard it could be used at a baseball game as the ball. I was scared to eat any of it. I am not sure how this place is even passing health visits, the entire meal was a public health code violation.
