I went in at 11:30 am for lunch. I cannot get bread so ordered a large meatball sub and asked for it to be in a bowl. They put it in a bag so I didn’t look until I got home. This is pitiful no sauce not really any cheese the meatballs look burnt so they must have been left over from the day before. So I paid $3/burnt meatball.

So if I could give this place a -5 stars, that would be what they get. Customer service was a big fat zero! Three guys behind counter and on phones. Not even a hello from any of them. The order was wrong and we ordered on person at the counter. I verbally told the kid what we wanted. ALL WRONG! Also ordered two cups of chili, got home and it wasn’t in the bag! This will absolutely be my first and LAST visit ever. Worst of everything! Oh and if you get salami on your sub, they only give you three pieces and the rolls are stale as hell!

(My husband placed an online order, I was in the area so I went to pick it up). I’d like to start off by saying, as soon as I walked in the door, there was no “welcome to firehouse” as they normally do whenever anyone walks in the door; in fact, there was no acknowledgment of anyone who entered the building. I looked on the shelf for online orders(empty) I notice several people lingering by the counter, I made eye contact with another woman who informed me that she had already been waiting 30 minutes for her online order. We sat there, becoming increasingly frustrated as they took walk in order after order, made these orders & watched these customers eat & leave before we received our orders. I asked the woman what time her order was supposed to be ready & she said 12:30, then I asked what time it was(I left my phone in the car thinking I would be in & out), she replied 1:02. At least 3 more orders were put out after that, her name was called & she wished me luck as she left. 3-4 more people went to the counter & asked about their orders, some decided to leave & or come back. I finally decided to ask & it was still 2 orders away. I asked why all walk ins had received their orders before anyone who had placed an order. The guy behind the counter, as rude as they come, told me it was my fault for not coming & telling them I was there. I said, I’ve never had to do that, I just grab it from the shelf & go. We went back & forth about details for a minute & how they were out of an item from my order, I chose something else. He said my order was 12:55 & it was only 1:00. Now, I didn’t have my phone to check & no clock was visible but I know it was 1:02 when the woman told me prior to receiving her order. I wasn’t going to argue but he continued to say it was only 5 min late in a very condescending tone. It took everything in me to not lose my cool. I could go on about how rude he was & how my order was incorrect when I got home, but I’ll leave you with this, I will NOT be returning to that location. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I love their food, wish more locations near me. Gave 3 stars for atmosphere because the floor was quite dirty full of pieces of bread and other items, step on stuff when walking to and from areas. Just a note. But the food is beyond is amazing and service is excellent.

The food here is normally really good, and accurate. The past couple of takeout orders we’ve done online they the app have ended up being not made how we ordered. Unfortunately, you don’t realize it until you get back home and take your food out to eat. By then it’s too much of a hassle to get back in your car and drive over there again to get it done right. I waited to rate them until a 2nd takeout order, hoping they’d get it right the 2nd time and I could give them a rave review. Alas, more of the same. And I’m not sure how anybody is able to dine-in without a jacket or hoodie…in the middle of summer! Both times I went in to pick up my order, it felt like it was 40⁰-50⁰ inside there. Absolutely frigid for guests.

This past Sunday I placed my order at 6:40pm and the order confirmation said it would be ready by 7:05. I arrived at 7 and noticed at least 10 other parties also waiting on food. No one greeted me upon arrival or explained that there would be a delay. When the one young man behind the counter spoke, no one could understand him because the TV was at near max volume and despite EVERYONE going “huh?” the young man did not speak louder or clearer. So we all had to approach the counter to understand him. As the bulk of us waited, every 5-10 minutes 2-3 orders would be ready at the same time. Despite the 4 young men behind the counter looking busy, they filled orders extremely slow. It was painful to observe such a lack of care and urgency. I finally got my food at 7:40pm, a full HOUR after placing the order and as I checked each sandwich for accuracy it looked like it was thrown together very fast. But how is that possible with them going so slow?!

So I rarely come here, considering the closest location, which is this one is 30 minutes away. I had points to redeem so I placed an order and I got a cookie, because it said I had to purchase something else in order to use my points. I went in to pick up my order, cashier looked rude and just acted like she didn’t wanna be there. Gave me my order m, I get home, no cookie, literally just the sand which was was mediocre at best. I don’t care that I didn’t get the cookie, it was a dollar something. But I mean I basically paid for something in order to get something free and I didn’t even get what i paid for. Probably won’t be back here again
