If you’ve ever had the delight of driving to this McDonald’s you probably felt LUCKY…to be at the “WORLDS SLOWEST McDonald’s”! Firstly, this is not my first time being here. Time and time again this McDonald’s never ceases to surprise me.. today it took me 25 minutes from entering the drive through to getting my food….I mean really 25 minutes…at least have the option to make reservations if service is going to be this slow lol.

I ordered a hamburger and there came a piece of suction cup inside hamburger! A tragedy could have happened, as one of the burgers belonged to my 6-year-old daughter, and luckily this piece of suction cup came inside my burger. It could have asphyxiated my daughter or any other adult. A lack of attention and enormous irresponsibility of the employees when preparing the food. My family and I will definitely avoid this location.

This picture sums up our whole experience. Several items in our order were wrong and the service was terrible. We told the first window that our order was wrong, she said she fixed it, but it wasn’t fixed when we got to the nest window and the guy got mad at us when we told him our order was still wrong. He told us it was fixed. And then we got home, and of course, our order was wrong. Not to mention our food was cold and not good.

I understand this is a McDonald’s so expectations shouldn’t be too high but for fast food I do expect it to be fast and I also expect it to be edible! Someone from corporate needs to step in IMMEDIATELY and fix this disaster of a McDonald’s… always a wait of 40+ mins… food is always cold… fries soggy yet burnt… and don’t dare ask for a replacement… they’ll give you the same fries but only 1/2 of it. And recently I ordered 6 cheeseburgers… only 2 of them were edible… they were all burnt… barely any onions and no pickles… one of them only had HALF a burger… seriously what happened to it?? Where’s the rest of the burger? Did someone eat 1/2 a patty and then threw it on the bun??

It’s actually impressive how consistently this location fumbles the simplest of orders. I work in foodservice so I have a pretty high tolerance for this kind of thing, but this place is on a whole different level. My wife and I just moved to the area and haven’t been grocery shopping, so we decided to order from this McDonald’s on 4 different occasions. No exaggeration, there has been a missing item each time. The items that aren’t missing are cold and leathery. I get that it’s a busy location and this industry is fast paced, but this staff chooses to sink instead of swim.

Newly built location. Must use kiosk for ordering. Serive was efficient. 9 available curbside spaces. Could speed up kitchen prep which would increase sales and customer satisfaction.
