Ordered a large pizza. The pizza was fine. But also ordered a extra side of the of them peppers and only got two peppers with the pizza. And also ordered an additional garlic butter sauce, well one of them was already opened. And also ordered two sides of anchovies which they had the best. But we then got a call saying they don’t sell them anymore and couldn’t figure out how to take them off the credit card. But they made it right by giving it back in cash when the pizza was delivered. But just less than a week ago I ordered the same pizza and got a nice pile of them peppers and two sides of anchovies. What gives? Make it clear on your menu what the sides consists of and if you still have something in stock anymore or not. Got no anchovies I won’t order from there anymore. Anchovies rock.

Seriously, who is keeping this place in business?! Each of the last 3 trips to this location have been nothing but awful. Cold food, sloppy food, Food that was made incorrectly, poor service, missing items, you name it. They got all those bases covered but fully lack any of the qualities that make a restaurant that you would want to eat at. Never again. Too many better pizza places in Brunswick to eat at other than this place.

This is a first impression review of my experience attempting to place an in person order at the store and not of the food quality. I walked in to the store to place an order. Only one person was working in the whole store who was working on an order. The person came to take my order before finishing the order and was not wearing gloves. As the person typed my order with flour all over their hands I noticed they had long unkept fingernails with dirt under them. I was immediately turned off from eating anything they would prepare as it did not appear the person had been consistently washing their hands. As I left without finishing my order, I noticed what appeared to be an employee entering the building’s side door with several teenage girls, who looked to be too young to be employess. This place appears to be more of a hangout location and less as a place of business that values cleanliness and the health of their customers. The store by all accounts from what I witnessed in 5 minutes is very poorly managed, and personnel are most definitely not adhering to sanitary precautions when it comes to food preparation. Not one employee was wearing a uniform, or even a Papa Johns shirt, which I found to be odd. The people who appeared to be employees were all wearing normal street clothes. I used to work for this company a long time ago. Things have certainly changed in the last 20 years. We wore uniforms in those days, was coached daily on clenliness of our work areas, and was always expected to wear gloves and wash our hands anytime we started or stopped preparing food. I am truly disappointed, but not surprised.
