I thought it was pretty alright! The bathroom was clean. The maple donut was nice and tasty. Walmart has better donuts though. Fresh. Not stale. Convenient location. Good pricing. Clean dining areas. Smaller size. Coffee pumps available to see. Quick service. Equipped with a Fire extinguisher No AED in sight though.

The food was as expected. Now what blew me away was the service and the workers. Every single person was patient and quick moving on a busy Saturday morning. They all communicated well with each other and worked like a well oiled machine. The manager was so kind to the other people working there and it almost made me want to apply! Smiles all around and gentle conversation. Seriously. I’m impressed with the level of professionalism and kindness I saw them all treat each other with. More businesses should operate this way. Kudos to Dunkin on Colonial!

The Everything Bagel Mini Bites were my favorite thing ever to get back when we were in Chicago, but the ones we just got were barely warm on the outside and the cream cheese they’re supposed to be stuffed with was cold as heck. Very dissatisfied with that since I was craving heavily for these and they’re cold. So we have to warm them up later. The lemonade I got didn’t taste anything like lemonade and instead tastes like melted popsicles, where all the flavors combine on your tounge. It’s not a nameable flavour but I don’t hate it.

Convenient location. A little dated. Be sure to update the app and be signed in before you enter the drive thru. This can take a minute or two so you can take advantage of your rewards. Remember the location is graded on how quickly they can move customers through the drive thru. The staff was kind and the service was excellent.

I went there a week ago and there were 3 employees, didn’t pay no mind to walk in customers. One was on the floor with the ice machine, the other 2 talking to each other. Finally placed my order by the time I got to my car and drove off. My frozen coffee was awful. Customer service worst than any other place. Poor customer service

I’m a regular here. It’s never consistent. No care or concern for the money you spend here daily. Needs staff who actually cares about customer service. I order bacon, egg, & cheese wake up wraps never correct or they burn it. It’s $6 for 2. If you get this every morning that’s $42 a week, & $168 a month. This is not including the coffee my husband & I buy daily. It’s disheartening to think we invest in a store that cannot invest their time to care about your food. Iced coffee is never consistent. It’s cost more money just to drive back & ask for them to correct your order or care. Overly upset this store is this way. Only person here who I can say knows my order & who I am is Jessica one of the managers. Jessica genuinely cares but I feel she is stuck with staff who’s too young, plays around, & doesn’t care about the Dunkin brand. I will be following my complaints all the way too corporate. Staff needs to learn respect for the brand & customer service is #1 needed skill for this job. I’ll start posting photos every morning to show what is being given & sold to a regular. Corporate needs to step in & redo this place.

This Massachusetts born reviewer (Dunkin’ started in my home state) gives this location five stars all around. Drive thru is fast and efficient. It’s conveniently located right off of busy Colonial Drive. Small parking lot and inside counter also available. Donuts were fresh and coffee was up to DD standards. I still enjoy Starbucks for an occasional treat, but Dunkin’ is consistent and comforting. Recommended.

This has to be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever to order DoorDash on. Every time I order from them they have nothing. How don’t to you have glazed donuts your literally a donut place. Then when I asked for it to be replaced with something else you agree on the phone then cancel my order once we got off.
