The app say this dunkins was open that they closes at 10 pm we place the order it went through and everything and is only 9pm we went to pick up and for our surprise it was closed ridiculous this is literally stealing money because why their app and Google say they closed at 10 pm on Sunday and the place was already closed at 9pm and still taking orders on the app

They have too many ways to make orders here. This store does in store, mobile and curbside orders. Due to this when they have a wave of orders it’s not really fast food especially if they have a limited amount of people working in the store. I ordered through the mobile app 4 minutes prior and they told me I had to go wait at the front of the store for 2 things for 8 minutes more minutes

every time I go through the drive thru they have me pull up front for my food. Even if there’s no cars behind me. I don’t come here daily but when I do that happens, and it’s inconvenient cause then I have do a lap around the store to exit the parking lot to get back on the main road

Is nice to stop by, drive thru. But they never give you napkins no matter how many sandwiches you order, they never give you napkins or any extra condiments like salt or pepper. If you get food they have to provide that.

Awful location – they have messed up my order atleast 10times by now and they always make you pull out front to wait for your order after going through the drive through. I wouldn’t mind that aspect if it werent because of how busy that area in the front gets during busy hours. Place sucks. I love dunks but this location has become the most annoying aspect of my mornings.
