It’s hit or miss at this location. Between being out of multiple things every time I go, and a lot of the employees treating me and other people like they don’t want us to be there, and have attitudes or very poor customer relations. I had a drive thru order taker say Really? After I added a donut to my coffee order after they told me the total. That’s not pleasant. Not every employee is like that here, but it’s happened to my sisters and I on multiple occasions enough to make me want to ask around and see if I was the only one or if it happened to other people. On the other hand, there are a couple of pleasant workers here.

Unprofessional! Some older lady disrespectfully threw her hand at me and rolled her eyes because she fixed my order wrong. Then told me oh well! I understand mistakes happen, I am a professional business owner myself. And the way she just disrespectfully handled my issue was extremely poor. So be ware of the nasty attitude and poor customer service!

Dunkin really needs to have their app food items available match what the store actually carries. Multigrain bagel was an option on the app. Store says they never carry it. This was the main reason I chose here. They were not polite about it either. I’ll stick to Starbucks from here on out because they at least are transparent about what their stores have even if it costs a few dollars more.

This location is down right terrible. They frequently don’t have any donuts, especially glazed. They also fail to remove them from the order ahead online and than give you a hard time when you want your money back. “Come back in the morning and we will have them”…. Absolutely not.
