This is really a ZERO STAR RATING!!! Didn’t deliver after hours of waiting. I showed up after 2 hours only for the manager to tell me that my delivery was out at the time. She didnt show much concern as she told me she would be leaving in 2 weeks anyway so whatever complaint that I may have had was my own problem. No refund was given. Just a bunch of excuses. I accidentally placed an order for pickup that should have been for delivery. The phone to the restaurant was not working properly so i could not call to change it. Even the call center couldn’t get in touch with them. We called so many times that I began to get the same call center reps!!! So, I placed a second order and left in the notes to Deliver along with the pickup order to the address on the Delivery. Strangely enough, the pickup order was delivered after 2 and a half hours (cold of course) as the order placed for delivery never showed at all. Probably went to the wrong Addy but nonetheless. Spent $80 for 1 Cold Dinner Box! Trash Customer Service!

Pizza was cold and smushed. It looked like a medium size in a large sized box (I ordered large). Also looked like someone was messing over it. I ordered wings as well, spicy garlic, and not one bite of it was spicy. Smh.

When picking up my pizza i was informed that they were out of one of the 3 meats i ordered,so i politely asked the young lady at the counter how she was going to make it up to me,and she told me she was going to make a price adjustment on my order.

I purchased a cheese stuff crust pizza on 8/15/23. I got home to eat the pizza and omg. My pizza was not cooked. I was very upset because I was too far to take it back couldn’t afford to go back out. I tried to call the shop a few times but no one would answer. I tried to cook the pizza in the oven and omg idk if the cheese was bad or what when I tell u the pizza just tasted awful and slimy I threw up. I threw the whole pizza away. I went to sleep hungry that day because i didnt have the energy to cook. This is not the first time at this location the pizza eas not cooked. I will not be returning. I just want a full refund of my order that i couldn’t enjoy.

Only problem I had was the amount of time it took to get my order. I showed up at the time that the website said it’d be ready (30 min after I placed my order) and still had to wait for almost 10 min. Otherwise, the pizza was made exactly the way wanted it (we’re kinda picky) and it was delicious!

I ordered a large PAN pizza and upon arrival I was given a large hand tossed. I told the cashier that I was given the wrong pizza. Her response “Yeah cause we don’t have pan”. When you order pan pizza there’s is an up charge..so if you did not have pan pizza I should have been informed and refunded period not given a nonchalant response. Pathetic to say the least. If I wanted a regular pizza I would have patronized Papa John’s. Unsatisfactory

Worse service I’ve ever received. Placed an order on the app. Received part of the order…they had door dash deliver. And half the dessert part of the order was never delivered. Tried calling the store was on hold 45 min trying to get ahold of someone to get situation corrected. All this time my food has gotten cold. They keep answering phone and saying thanks for calling pizza hut and putting me back on hold. Ended up calling their corporate line and they say they are opening a case on it. Which basically means I’m just screwed out of my money. I would never order here again.

I’ve always gotten my orders later than their website’s delivery window indicates (because they outsource their drivers from third-party delivery services). The food is tasty but when deliveries wind up taking double or more the expected number of minutes to actually reach your door (and with a delivery fee exceeding $5, to boot), I can only give this place 3-stars: my orders have always been accurate, tasty, and always been at least warm enough to not need reviving in the microwave.

Horrible. Canceled my order before I got there then told me they didn’t see an order in the system for me instead of just telling me they were out of personal pan pizzas. After overhearing the manager tell the cashier they were out because she knew she canceled my order. Honesty would’ve made me just select another item. Not the 1st bad encounter here. I’ll find another Pizza Hut. Never returning to this one.
