Could use a couple more employees for very busy morning run during work hours however the young lady by the name Nicole did very well during the morning rush working and helping both front cashier and drive thru with exceptional efficiency and giving quality coffee she deserves a promotion!!! The absolute worst experience I’ve had with any Dunkin Donuts countrywide. I have continuously had either the wrong order received or just tastes awful every time I visit this location for coffee. The food is by far the worst at this location than any Dunkin I’ve experienced. I recently ordered a sandwich where the cheese clearly isn’t melted which I can be understanding of but the egg patty (yes I said egg patty) was half rubber and half mush. I have never been so disgusted and disappointed to open this.

Jennifer has NO customer service skills . She was rude and condescending. They run out of ice coffee in the middle of the day 3pm when it’s 65 degrees outside and then Jennifer had the nerves to give me a bad attitude when she found out another employee was helping by using cold brew . She spoke to me rude and arrogant and even push the drive thru window up and closed it on me … definitely disgusting behavior She needs retraining and whomever the manager is need to make sure u don’t run out ice coffee on a warm day poor management…. just horrible experience

Each time I stop here my order is cold and the staff is very defensive so every morning I stop here on my way to work and the first incident was being given a frozen wake up wrap and under cooked hasbrowns the following incident occurred the following week again I was serve cooked hash browns that were already cold so as it being a repeated issue I go in and ask for a new order of hash browns and bacon and instead of just heating it up management decided to go back and forth with me about it I wasn’t rude I just wanted hot food the manager insisted the policy is to serve hash browns and bacon at room temp (that was in the spring at 7am) the room is cold at this time and so I just said I e been to Dunkin’ for years and never been served cold food. Now that I aware “ snacking bacon and hash browns are served at room tempt” (only at this location lol) I always ask them to heat it up but of course they still give me cold hash browns and under cooked (pink) cold bacon and when I asked for it to be heated up this time they resisted and continued to let me know it is served room tempt and at this point I don’t care what they say I ASKED for it to be heated up they did NOT replace the bacon with a fresh order instead they put my current order that looks pretty sad and under portioned back in the microwave and handed back to me……I stop here because it is close to my home on my way to work and has a drive thru however the Dunkin on route4 is also on my way to work and located inside the gas station but they never ever served me cold food….why is this place to oppose to providing fully cooked hot foods but every other Dunkin in the country has no issue doing so …tired of wasting my money coming here ese silly on my way to work just to be disappointed with my meal and having to stop at another Dunkin for a better experience
