This was my first Marco’s Pizza, we never get the “fast type” pizza’s. We were pleasantly surprised! Our Pizza was very good, hot and delivered exactly when they said it would be! Our delivery person was very polite and a pleasure. I was impressed with the fresh onions, great pepperoni and the price was much less than our normal sit down pizza place. We will be ordering again.

Been going here for years, but no more I’m sick and tired of the poor lotta quality of service the poor food but I’m especially for what I’m paying for. I tend to see that I can get a better pizza at Papa John’s for less sometimes especially with the coupons Marcos doesn’t send me coupons anymore which was very nice but sadly I just can’t stand paying $10-$15 on a soggy pizza that’s bad taste like cardboard and doesn’t even put in my fridge raider well where I can heat it up and I’ll be good

I went here the other night. When I pulled up the young man at the window just looked at me didn’t greet me. I gave him my name he said don’t see it. I gave him my first name don’t see it. So gave him my number and he handed me the pizza and walked away. I get home my pizza wasn’t cut and had a pool of oil on it and my sun was meatball when I order steak. I called and the GM was so rude and even hung up on me. I go to the store and he says I have your order ready. I told him I would like my money back. He said fine and threw the pizza on the table. I asked for the owner contact and he said I’m the GM I advised I didn’t want to speak to him I want to speak with the owner he said you will not speak with the owner. I have NEVER in my life experienced anything like this with a GM like are we kidding the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I order from this place every Friday and I will never ever order from here again. I have already contacted the corporate office for franchising. I don’t know who the owner is but he should get rid of these rude young kids. The both of them were down right nasty I was boiling hot. I still haven’t received my money back as he kinda just through the voided receipt at me and gave me no info walked away.

My experience here tonight was absolutely horrible. One of my pizzas arrived wrong. I called to notify the shop. Spoke with a person named DJ who claimed to be the GM. He told me I was lying as he’s the one that made my pizza. It’s a pizza and I ordered several items. I order from this location a lot and have never had an issue or complaint until now. Why would I lie about a pizza? DJ needs additional training if he is indeed the GM as I am appalled at his demeanor tonight. So sassy and so rude for no reason. I didn’t even get into the complaint well before being called a liar. This experience has led me to never order from this location again. Just ridiculous.

It was July 29th, 2022 around 6:30pm-7:00pm. I was picking up a DoorDash order when the store seemed to be very packed and backed up with orders. An elderly and kind lady had been waiting patiently for her one pizza that she ordered. When she asked for the status of her pizza again, she was told her pizza was given away and had to wait even longer. This is not the worst part. After waiting longer than the time given by the cashier, the lady wanted to see if maybe her pizza was put on the ready shelf. Suddenly, the general manager comes out and starts YELLING at her to back up repeatedly. The lady can barely speak for herself as she is already soft-spoken and the man is overpowering her. He keeps yelling at her to backup and not even letting her speak. Once he goes back to the kitchen, I hear him say to his employee to void the order so she would not get her pizza. Thankfully, they didn’t do that. It was the worst thing I have witnessed in customer service. NO employee, ESPECIALLY the general manager, should be treating a customer like that, especially since she didn’t do anything wrong. Thankfully, other customers came to her defense. The lady began to cry, and the manager couldn’t careless. The customers demanded she got her pizza as well as a refund for the poor service she received. When the customers continued to complain about the general manager to the employees, they said “we can’t do anything about it since he’s our general manager.” Once she left with her pizza and refund, I saw the general manager and an employee (who kind of looked like him) begin to laugh with each other. I can’t help but to think they were laughing at her, but what is there to laugh at? He made an elderly lady cry and thinks it’s funny? This man has let the authority and power of “general manager” get to his head. I don’t know what would of happened if the other customers did not defend the lady. No business should hire anyone as childish and disrespectful as him. He should be fired IMMEDIATELY for how DISRESPECTFUL he treats the customers and how he handles the store when it gets busy.
