Came here for brunch on Mother’s Day and it was great! At first I thought the buffet was small when I arrived but every single item was DELICIOUS and I left super stuffed. The staff is super friendly. Regularly checked on us even though we did the buffet. Constantly refilled our waters and brought my husband ketchup. There is an omelet station. The salmon and baked pudding thing were my favorites. They also have La Farm baked items like croissants and little apple pie things (I ate 3 of them!) There is also small desserts and a large cake. It is a little on pricey side but it is excellent and worth the cost in my opinion. There is ample seating and nice decor. It is attached to the Westin so most of the customers are hotel guests. They said they have been open 3 weeks and I was surprised with how well it is run. They were constantly restocking. The only recommendation I have is for the staff to change out the serving silverware because they were kind of sticky and got my hands dirty. Overall though, fantastic and will return!

Montré was an amazing server! She clearly anticipated needs, was thoughtful, bubbly, friendly, made sure my husband and I were always taken care of! She was amazing at time managing our courses, as well as the wine we ordered with our main course (a super Tuscan she recommended when we asked, which was PERFECT with the bolognese!) I hope she is working the next time we go because I will definitely ask for her!

My experience was mixed. To start, this was a new restaurant inside a new Hotel. I will give some of my disappointment up to growing pains. Most of the restaurant staff looked like they were all working really hard. That said, the food was nicely presented, fresh, and tasty. However, service was lacking. Our server, although friendly, was very aloof, and didn’t offer any help. Barely spoke. Our Pre-Dinner Drink orders took an extremely long time to arrive. They also were extremely watered down. Then our glasses of wine we ordered to have WITH dinner, didn’t arrive until AFTER we were finishing up our meal. Also, The amount they consider a glass was also laughable considering the $20 price, and mediocre flavor. No apology from server for any of the horrible pacing, which looking back on it, was probably the worst part. Basically what do you want, now wait situation. Typical hotel restaurant experience for me. Probably convenient if you are staying at the hotel? Hopefully, IL Falò will get better with time. The food gives it great potential!

3.8 Stars, pizza cheese wasn’t caramelized or fully melted, but pizza was good. Pasta was very good – cleaned the bowl. Salads were good but didn’t reflect price and plating caused inaccessibility to topping. Desserts were ok. Service very good with repeated checks and water refills. Value was ok. The menu was a little limited for the quality of food. I expect food quality to be higher with less items. The atmosphere is a little cold and noisy so not relaxing but it was clean and well furnished.

We went for dinner on a Friday night. Restaurant was quiet when we went through to sit outside ( a beautiful night) but no overhang or shade and heaters on though it was already warm. Our waiter, Jamey was lovely, attentive and knowledgeable. We started off with signature cocktails, which we enjoyed. We moved onto the BURRATA – charred tomato, toasted sesame seeds, lemon basil, olive oil, wood grilled crostini which didn’t have charred tomatoes or sesame seeds but was tasty. With the appetizer we had HOUSE FOCACCIA pecorino toscano, seasoned olive oil which my husband enjoyed but I’d skip next time. It was missing the moist but airy crumb sandwiched between thin but ultra-crunchy top and bottom crusts, it was a tight crumb, not my favorite. My husband had the NY STRIP (center cut angus ny strip, olive oil crushed potatoes, broccoli rabe) and I decided to have a bunch of sides to make a meal CHARRED BROCCOLI RABE grilled lemon the FARM & SPARROW TRUFFLE POLENTA ( summer truffles, parmigiano – reggianno, heirloom polenta) My husbands steak was very good. I feel like the potatoes a miss but he enjoyed. My sides were great. I had ordered the cauliflower but got a zucchini/squash dish instead, not sure why but it was good.

Great new restaurant in the Raleigh area. Everyone was friendly and the food is amazing. We ordered the Burrata, Focaccia, Calamari to start and we were not disappointed. The Halibut and Spaghetti Bolognese were excellent. Highly recommend this place as it will be one of our favorite local Italian restaurants to return to.

Came here for dinner with a friend and had the best time. The atmosphere is lovely – so elegant and modern. The food was delicious! Most importantly, the service and customer experience was amazing! Everyone welcomed us and took care of us in such an amazing way! Our table was personally taken care of by Kevin, and we cannot say anything but the highest praises! He was so friendly, funny, and always checking in on us! You would’ve thought he’s been doing this his whole life! We would 100% come back!

Came in for Mother’s day and what a great surprise. The pizza is incredible quality and the drinks, even non alcoholic, are very unique and tasty. Brought the kids and the staff were very accommodating, my older son ordered chocolate milk and it wasn’t on the menu, but they went out of the way to make it. Once you have a professional chef make you chocolate milk apparently Hershey’s doesn’t cut it anymore! Can’t wait to come back.

We went one of the first weeks it opened, and we’re hesitant on leaving a review since we figured every new restaurant has its issues when it opens. However, given all of the reviews we’ve seen recently, we felt this was worth sharing. We were super excited to try a new place and one that photographed so beautifully. When we got there, we were one of maybe two or three tables occupied, so the restaurant was basically empty. It took about 30 minutes for them to get our drinks out to us and that was the farthest we got, because they took our order shortly before that, and after an hour of waiting, we still had nothing, not even bread. Again, this was a completely empty restaurant, so there should not have been a wait on anything. Completely inattentive staff, and totally incompetent manager. She was barely there. She was more concerned with catching up with one of her friends who is sitting in one of the lounge chairs, and making sure they were served before actual customers. When we informed the manager that they could cancel our order after over an hour of waiting, she didn’t offer any kind of apology, and ended up charging us for the drinks. $40 for two drinks that were not good and took half an hour to get. By the time we left, it was almost 10 o’clock so that left us with very few options. We ended up going to another restaurant in Cary, and had drinks, meals, and our bill in under 40 minutes. That’s how service should be in a virtually empty restaurant. Really nice venue, but otherwise I would never go back there unless they were able to re-staff the entire restaurant with a new manager, and servers that actually came to the table more than once every 30 or 40 minutes.

Greg was a terrific waiter. I think what made him so good was his ability to sense my needs, verify and quickly act in a very professional manner. You need more Greg‘s
