There was nothing wrong with the food nor cleanliness. Its the fact you guys have one woman working at night BY HERSELF. What if the store gets robbed? This is absolutely ridiculous. Pulled up to the drive thru speaker and an employee responded that they were doing a shift change, so it would be a moment before an order could be taken. Advised them that I had made a mobile order, and was told to come inside to pick it up. After explaining to them that I was on crutches (hence going through drive thru), a woman came on the speaker to say she would bring it out when they were done. I’ve never heard of a fast food restaurant shutting down for shift change, and if that’s the case, you need to advise in your hours and on mobile ordering. The woman that brought my food to my car was super apologetic for the other employee being rude, and was understanding of my situation.

Extremely rude. The man behind the counter rudely used profanity towards my wife. And there was only one other car here while we were here. So they clearly were not busy. There wasn’t a soul inside. We ordered jamocha shakes, a chicken slider, and a roast beef slider. We also asked for a packet of Mayo. We didn’t receive the Mayo. I received a jalapeño roast beef slider instead of the classic. The jamocha shake had almost no jamocha flavoring. So we went back in, and they were very rude. The man behind the counter told us that is how they were made. Except I get them VERY frequently at various other locations, and they have never tasted like vanilla and been completely white before. So he asked if we wanted new ones, or our money back. But we asked for new ones. He added SLIGHTLY more flavor, and still almost no mixing. So, I had to use the very weak straw, and try to stir it myself. It helped a little, but obviously an industrial grade mixer would have been much easier and work better. Wouldn’t recommend coming here. The chicken slider was good.

It’s like ordering from zombies just no emotions at all and the food is not bad but smaller portions than other Arby’s have and most of the time my order is wrong and I’m usually in a hurry so I don’t check it till I get back to work and don’t have time to take it back so I either don’t eat that day or I eat something I didn’t want or like

Ordered through app. Showed up to pick up food and they’re out of the meal I ordered. Nothing was ready and I’ve now been screamed at by the manager to get out of line while I decided what else I wanted. Also no way to cancel the order either. Lots of yelling and being on their phones than actually assist anyone in line

They are not attentive to the orders in drive thru and my order was $18.00. I am a business owner that works in the downtown Indianapolis area to find out that I received dried plain cold roast beef sandwich when I ordered beef n cheddar sandwiches which I did not get. The manager was slightly rude and would not accommodate and food was cold. Bad business at the end of the day.
