I understand corporations don’t care about customers at all but it is incredibly irritating that when you order something that you don’t get what you order. I spend time driving to pick up an order and get there only to see that the pizzas I have ordered were incorrect. Then they don’t apologize but rather sound like they are aware of how to fix an order for a customer with an error on their order. Then they don’t listen and remake only one of the pizzas with an issue. So I get to wait for longer and still don’t receive an apology. I have finally had enough and will be going with another business from now on as not only is customer service horrendous but the ability to listen and correct mistakes is not even up to par. This is why you don’t order from this location and why you shop local because local businesses actually care about their customers.

The quality has gone way down. Bummed about our pizza being less then satisfying. We pay for extra cheese & literally I can see through toppings & sauce to the paper thin crust (ordered hand tossed).

Tonight, I was reminded why I hadn’t eaten at domino’s in awhile. They ALWAYS mess something up on our order. For as much as we pay for the food, the least that could happen is we get what we paid for. Such a disappointment for $49. I do not recommend that you order from here if you’re craving something specific. You may not get what you ordered.

Thought you might want to know that one of your drivers in a blue sedan absolutely blew past us on Southern. Probably 30 mph over the speed limit and was weaving in and out of traffic. They hit the light so we were able to catch up and see their license plate. Almost forgot about it but then came across the photo of the license plate my wife took. They were working Wednesday night. 4-19-23. I won’t give the the entire license plate # but it was a black NM plate and started with the letters BHH____. I won’t give a bad review because we have always had good service and pizza from you. Not a big deal but you probably should have a talk with your driver about going a safe speed. Years ago Domino’s stopped their 30 minutes delivery or free police because too many people were getting killed. It was like going back in time watching them zip through traffic. LOL Getting pizza there quickly is not worth possibly getting someone killed. Thanks.

Order from here at least one time a Week but usually 2x week. Sometimes the pizza will be really good and sometimes not so much. I always ask for it to be well done but it’s still doughy occasionally.

I met my quota on reporting issues because obviously Domino’s thinks I am only submitting them for free pizza, so here it is. Let me start on a good note and say that the delivery driver, Jeffrey, was awesome, especially with performing two deliveries to my location within a 30-minute timespan. The first pizza was burned too crispy, which I reported that issue before. The second pizza was supposed to be pie cut, which it also states on the receipt and I still got square cut instead. Not sure whose bright idea square cut was, but to me, it doesn’t make sense in regards to pizza. Anyway, today is the last day I will order from this location.

So, yesterday on October 7, my friend and I ordered Domino’s for our kids. My friend’s child was so excited that there was so much cheese, and when she bit into the pizza, she bit down onto a THUMBTACK! I called and Domino’s offered me a new pizza, but our kids lost their appetite and then offered store credit and refused a refund. It seemed like there was little to no concern.
