I’ve been to many Jersey Mike’s, and this one has to be the worst when it comes to the quality of cold cut. $18 for a sub and I get a thin layer of meat. All the other ones I’ve been to give a fair amount considering the price of the sub.

5/29/23 6:00pm. Absolute trash. Walked in to rap music (not appropriate for kids) playing. Both employees walked to the back to turn music down and get ready to serve customers. Did not have anything ready. Dirty tables everywhere. Employees food sitting out on table behind us with some kind of nerf gun on the table. Finally got order started. Had to ask for more meat on sandwich due to only having a tiny thin layer on bread. Ordered one sandwich then employee immediately jumped to next customer before asking if that completed my order. Asked for lettuce on sandwich. No lettuce in bin. Lettuce that was in storage container was brown and not fresh. Asked for bacon and of course, no bacon, employee had to cook more. No cucumbers, no bell peppers, banana peppers had to be brought from the back. Point of the review is this all should have been prepped and ready to serve customer. Clearly employees were eating, playing nerf guns and listening to music instead of doing their JOB. This particular location is PATHETIC and makes Jersey Mike’s look like an absolute JOKE. We have been customers of Jersey Mike locations for years to get fresh ingredients and good quality sandwiches. This was the complete opposite. Paid almost $40 for terrible food and service. My 9 year old could run a store better than the two clowns running the store that afternoon.

I ordered using the Jesery Mikes App…that I have used many times in the past…but today…My order was delivered wrong. The “sub” in a tub was so sparse and lame and was missing chosen AND paid for extras. The sub ordered was lacking items SPECIFICALLY asked for in the notes. When I tried to call the store (15) times with no answer except for the one time I was hung up on and the phone was taken off the receiver. I understand quality control issues…but I should at least have the option of getting my $ back for an incorrect order. All this is compounded due to my illness and handicap being particularly worse today. I chose delivery to make thing a bit easier for me and my family. This was not easy an I will not patron this store again.

Food is good but service and management is terrible. I ordered my sandwich online 15 min ahead, drove to the store & when I got there, the only employee working says he isn’t old enough to use the slicer to make my sandwich and I would have to wait for the manager to get back. There were also many receipts for other sandwiches that had been ordered that he could t make stacked on the counter. Poor kid. Why would they leave someone who can’t slice meat to make half the sandwiches on their menu alone with no help???

The two guys working were fantastic. However, it was lunch time and they were really busy with at least ten customers in line and multiple mobile orders coming in. They needed another person helping them to get orders out in a timely manner.

This location is a scam. I used to come here all the time and realized they overcharge for extra meat and cheese. There’s a lady who works there and makes a big deal about it and proclaims it’s $2 extra per slice or some crazy rule. I moved and realized that’s not the norm! They’re overcharging either because of laziness or greed or both. Don’t let them scam you! I got an Italian the other day with so much extra cheese for like $1.30 flat in my new city.

Manager (Karen) steals tips from employees and refuses to pay their tips (highly illegal) she also edits their time cards and shaves their hours (also highly illegal) legal action has been placed against the company for this. Unfortunately the manager that committed fraud still works there and is in charge. Boycott this location!!
