A total rip off. Ordered large pepperoni pizza meatball sub, was not on the garlic bread, only had 5 meatballs, ordered combo with drink and brownie, was charged for drink and chips combo, and charged seperatly for the brownie, did NOT GET THE CHIPS that I paid for. Not the first time order has been extremely wrong, over charged, I don’t believe it was a mistake, I feel that this was purposeful.

Big sign on the window says they’re open for order ahead pickup, delivery, or “Carryout – Order at the counter”. Went in to order and lady told me I was wrong, the tiny sign on the door they printed said only order pickup was available and I couldn’t order inside. I told them the big sign in the window said we could and that’s why we came in. She got an attitude and says “right there, there’s a sign on the door”. Yeah there’s literally 5, but there’s a giant one on the window in red specifically to draw attention and tell you you can order on the website, the app, by phone, or AT THE COUNTER. I haven’t been here in ages and love the sandwiches, even if they are a little pricey, but getting an attitude with a customer who is going by your official signage is kinda ridiculous.
