I went through the drive through to order food and had to ask for a minute 3 times with the man insisting he could help and actually laughing/scoffing at me when I said we are just deciding on what we want give us a minute. Even if you are busy you shouldn’t rush your customer. Then we get to the bag and they forgot to give us sauces even though they were ordered.

Drive-through is the best option here. It’s just a matter of personal preference, but I think the super modern urban style dining room is cold and uninviting. They closed the place for a few weeks for another renovation round and the fountain drink machines still don’t work. They also added signs that say no loitering over 30 minutes. It just makes for an uninviting dining experience. Orders are always accurate and the food is hot nine out of 10 times and the service is friendly. I just think the design of the dining room is very out of place for a small mountain college town.
