I can’t say too much but I will say I went through the drive thru, The lady who took my order sounded irritated that she had to take a order. Then I got my food I maybe should’ve checked my bag before we got home, because when we did get home I passed out the food & my son showed me his burrito I ordered for him and I couldn’t believe it 4+4=What 8!! That’s exactly what someone did they actually ate a piece off, wrapped it up, & put it in the bag as if nothing was wrong. That is Just disgusting. Needless to say I definitely won’t be back to that one

Feeling a little hungry and wanted a quick snack. Took longer to order than it took to eat due to the kiosk that requires you to play 20 questions to place an order. Staff behind the counter either didn’t notice we were having issues or they just didn’t care. Being fast food it was pretty much what I expected. This is just one more place that is staffed with less people and expecting customers to do for themselves. I know better now and I can spend my money where customer service still means something.

My drive-thru experience was pleasant and speedy. The line was long (as it always seems to be), but the line moved swiftly and I was through the line, paid, and received my food within 5 minutes. Impressive. Both window attendants were nice, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. I’m sad that my staple order Nacho Supreme is no longer on the menu leaving me with only the larger, much more expensive Nachos Bell Grande option, but that obviously has nothing to do with this location. My food was hot, the order was correct, and they gave me plenty of napkins and hot sauces.

I didn’t even want to give them one star. I’ve been around a whole group of kids 5-10 years old that acted more mature than the staff. Then while waiting on my food I over heard someone at the window requesting the manager. The employee said tell them she’s busy. The still requested her and I heard her yelling that she wasn’t coming to the window. My family was a burden on them and they weren’t even busy. Definitely won’t go back to this location. To add one person I was with ordered a steak burrito they gave him to new steak fries nachos whatever it’s called and told him that’s how he ordered it before realizing they messed up and read the order wrong. They had to remake it and basically took the fries out and dumped the tray in a tortilla and rolled it up. I dont expect a 5 star experience bc its just taco bell but I’ve never seen so many immature adults in one building.

Third time I’ve order a burrito and it’s not in the bag. The first 2 times I gave the benefit of the doubt, now I know this Taco Bell is just negligent. Also their phone is either hangs up on you or is conveniently busy every time you call. Completely unprofessional. I w tried calling 11 times

Never have super high expectations for taco bell, but this location manages to disappoint even those. They stop making anything other than basic tacos an hour before close, but leave their online ordering system up. They just tell you they can’t make it when you get there. Then you get charged for food you never received.
