The service was so bad they were so Racists and I had 3 shake all 3 are lit water and she got mad wen I ask for wip and the General manager didn’t care he was laughing in the back super unprofessional we she give me the food didn’t said anything do need ketchup will I didn’t got wen I asked her twice and she give a really bad look and tell the guy next to here that she didn’t want to be there like what right in front of a client and been calling the store no one answered and they didn’t want to give more service at the window the food was so bad tasted that I have to buy me kid Mc donal I am so disappointed at this experience and I hope I get contact whit a supervisor.

I walk in and instantly notice how filthy the establishment is. I was going to leave but my kids really wanted tacos. I order 6 orders of tacos and received ALL of them cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted. I asked them why they were cold and they said the fryer was low and they would remake them. Not to mention some came in a mysterious plastic bag. Tell me why I got the same cold a** non melted cheese tacos. How does something go in a fryer and come out cold? Not to mention they had no napkins. They just threw a long brown paper towel in there from the restroom (looked like)

I showed up late night and ordered food for the family on what seemed to be the busiest night of the week. Yvette and her partner were the only ones working and I can honestly say I was impressed with how well she handled a line of cars and all the orders. Will definitely be back because of her great attitude.

When I got my food it was freezing cold. Ordered 3 meals and only got fries no burgers, 3 orders of taco but never got them. Didn’t even get drinks. Plus bag was torn open. All this for $50 never again. I tried calling but they never answer . I guess this is lunch . The worst

Horrible costumer service, my friend that only speaks Spanish tried ordering in English and the dude taking our order said “oh my god”. You could understand what my friend was saying he was just being rude for no reason. If our food is bad when we get home im going to be making a report.

Workers are absolute garbage. Pure laziness. Sat at the drive thru for about 3-4 minutes waiting since I seen a truck go through in front of me. Never got answered or helped. Went inside to see if the speaker was broken and the kid working inside said his grill was acting up and was told not to answer the drive thru. Not even let people know there is an issue. Pretty sure he was the one that was not working. Complete disregard and consideration of the customers time. I see why they barely get a B on their health inspections too. Love JitB but skip this one. Go to another location instead.

always something. Either something is down they’re out or something or they’re “only taking online orders” last night I wanted curly fries & they gave me regular fries that weren’t even hot, not sure why I didn’t check I was just excited to get through my order for the first time ever without any “I’m sorry ma’am we don’t have that right now” so I go back & ask for a curly fry & he tells me the fryers are off & I was JUST there had only been gone for 10 mins. He told me to come back the next day but like why? Why can’t everything just be right here for ONCE. It’s the closest location to me plus they have strawberry Fanta so I keep giving them chances but at this point it’s literally driving me crazy

I was not even able to order my food through the drive-through it took over 20 minutes to acknowledge me and when they did I told them what they want. Well it took another 10 minutes for them to respond with the same question, so I gave my order again only to have no responds again.

I have visited this Jack-in-the-Box because it is the closest one to my house many times in the evening. They always have me wait for excessive amounts of times before they even assist me at the window last night was the worst I had pulled up with a long line of people ahead of me, the line did not move for 30 minutes plus when the line didn’t move a car pulled all the way around and honked at me to roll down my window to tell me that nobody was working I had seen a worker walk out the back door so obviously people were there but they were not assisting customers. It seems like whoever is running the evening shift is doing a terrible job or does not care for the job at all. I plan to escalate this to corporate this is unacceptable.
