It took 40 minutes to get my food and their excuse was the burgers are homemade. Yeah and burnt. This is the worst Shane’s I’ve ever been to and I worked at one. On top of it all hardly any of the food was remotely warm. The little short girl at the counter was so terrible about it too

Just ordered thru door dash. We ordered the 2 meat plate and 2 vegetables. It was supposed to have BBQ sauce on the grilled chicken and the smoked chicken wings. Nope not one ounce of BBQ sauce anywhere. Secondly my smoked wings were burnt and over cooked and hardly any meat. I couldn’t eat them hardly. The grilled chicken was so dry and over cooked that my Mom about choked on a piece of it. It was quite a expensive meal that was extremely hard to eat. We ended up throwing it out. I tried to complain on phone but phone was busy for ever.

Absolutely disgusting! For some reason my GrubHub option was this location and was the first time and will most certainly be the LAST time I would ever waste money at this establishment. I have emailed the store as well. The order was all wrong, drinks missing and this so-called BBQ (pork) is horrible! It is so greasy it is swimming in grease in the box (see photo), flavorless AND full of fat, a piece of a bone and had to be drained of grease and “fried” in a pan before we could even eat it. The chicken tenders are “grilled” but not fully cooked. They went straight in the trash. The fries were swimming in the lemon pepper sauce that was meant for the tenders and were the wrong side, the order was for potato salad. Everything was stone cold and the 2 drinks were missing. A waste of money and very disappointing.

Well, I won’t be coming back. Service was lack luster especially considering I was the only patron at 7:00 pm on a Tuesday. I haven’t been to a Shane’s in a while. Today was my cheat meal. Maybe I’m wrong but the tenders are way smaller and the sides are skimpy and nothing tasted fresh. This 2 star rating is me being generous.

All shanes restaurants are scamming their customers now. Don’t believe see for yourself. Walk into any store and read the prices on menu. Then order that item. They will charge you more and tell you oh well we haven’t updated our menus and just to pay. They will not honor their prices on menu and will arrogantly tell you that. This place doesn’t care about customers experience anymore since covid. Just taking your money. Be prepared to guess how much your order will be and how much they will charge you. Will be reporting this business for false advertising and you should too. It feels like they are stealing from their customers.

Everything was perfect.Mya, you’re doing a great job! There are zero complaints from me and my girls about this location. The food came out hot without too much wait time. The grilled tenders were seasoned well, and the other tenders were tossed in sauce galore. We will be back.

I ordered Door Dash, Ribs were as black as the box it came in, pull pork burnt and taste like lighter fluid. Toast was good and buttery. Only reason it got one star is because I had to add a star to review smh

Me and My Wife are repeated customers and tonight might have been our last at this location. Lately we order salads and a large okra and they are delicious and full. Not the past couple of visits. This was tonight as we did a online order like we always do. My wife picked it up on the way home from work and when she got inside she picked the order up and we usually don’t check our orders cause there usually ok. But tonight she went to the counter and ask for the order and the receptionist said” here’s your order but there’s no receipt is that ok!” She said that is fine , but when she got home we opened our containers of food and this is what we got. See Pictures below!!! There was barely any chicken on the salad. And we ordered a LARGE ORDER OF OKRA, AND THAT IS ALL WE GOT FOR $5.49. They put the container of okra in the bottom of the bag so we couldn’t see it until the last container was opened.(Like possibly trying to hide it if my wife did check the order there.) Usually it’s about a half full container. We had a incident once and called and all they do is say oh we will put your name in the book. But nothing ever happens. Maybe they should have management check their orders before handing it to the customers. We never leave reviews but someone at corporate needs to see this, cause service has gone down in the past 1-2 months. They did just lost us as a customer at this location. We will be going to the other Shane’s on 138 & 212. They seem like a better location and have been open a lot longer than this location.

I used to work at Shane‘s rib shack brown bridge location many years ago. I was the first crew to be hired for the grand opening. The way this Shane’s is being ran now is not the way Shane himself or corporate would want any restaurant ran. This is the third time in a few months my family and I have visited this particular location. Every time we have had a problem. The first time, my fiancé and I got a salad. We were the only ones in the restaurant and it took us about 45 mins (not exaggerating) to get our food. The only reason we got them was because my fiancé got up and asked for it. The 2nd time, we ordered online with curb side pick up. When we arrived, we let them know we were there. We sat in our car for a good 30 mins, calling a few times during this time. We finally decided to go in and get it. The girl behind the counter told my fiancé “they were still making it.” The girl had a HORRIBLE attitude. Come to find out, our order was sitting on the metal shelf, cold, the whole time. Today, I wanted some fried okra really bad so we decided to go to Shane’s. Again, had a problem. Walked in, was not greeted, no smile on the girls face, talking over me when I was asking my 8 year old what she would like to eat. HORRIBLE attitude. While we were getting our drinks, we noticed mold on the ice maker. Once we got our good, we were trying to get the attention of a worker, we said “ma’am” to get her attention. She turned around and literally said “HUH” to us… when she turned around, we noticed she had her air pods in her ear. Also, while we were eating today, my fiancé noticed rotten (literally brown) lettuce in his salad. While the restaurant was still in operation with customers in the store (07:30 pm), the same girl with the bad attitude proceeded to turn off all tvs while customers were watching and stack chairs on the table as if they were closing in 15 mins. We felt rushed and not valued. The food hasn’t been good at all the past three times we’ve been either. For my 8 year old to ask her dad and myself “what is wrong with her? Why is she acting so rude toward you” is ABSURD. This behavior is unacceptable but especially at Shane’s because I’ve always thought so highly of this chain of restaurants. Today as a family, we have decided we will no longer be eating at Shane’s because of the bad food, the bad attitudes, the terrible customer service, the food not being good, and many other things. To be honest, I don’t know how this particular Shane’s is still in business. If you visit the original Shane’s, you will see this is not the “Shane way”. I am not one to leave a lot of reviews, but this has got out of control.
